Dovecot dsync mail replication issues
Hi, I'm trying to set up some dsync based replication between two hosts on my network. The current topology is a single server running Postfix with a single dovecot installation with a Maildir per user (only 4 users including myself). No NFS, just local system users on ext4. I am only using system users, ie no virtual users. I am using dovecot deliver to deliver mails into the

dovecot -CVS and epoll and cvs not building
Hi, After reviewing my dovecot ./configure options I thought I'd give --with-ioloop=epoll a go again (as opposed to just using =poll) but I'm seeing some errors appearing in the maillog that aren't there with standard poll: Dec 23 02:34:47 tornado dovecot: imap-login: Login: user=<reuben>, auth-method=plain, remote=220.237.24.149, TLS Dec 23 02:34:48 tornado dovecot:

PyPI package keeps upgrading/installing
I''m having a problem with a pypi package/the pip provider. The package name is riak_pb https://pypi.python.org/pypi/riak_pb/. The problem I''m having is puppet keeps installing/upgrading the package every run. I suspect it has something to do with the hyphen/underscore. I have also tried changing the riak_pb package name in the init.pp to riak-pb. The pypi API

LNT General Failure
Hi Renato, We're also seeing this on internal bots. My first guess is that it was triggered by the Flask package getting updated at Pypi on 29th of May, see https://pypi.python.org/pypi/Flask. I haven't investigated further at this point. Thanks, Kristof On 29 May 2016, at 14:28, Renato Golin <renato.golin at linaro.org<mailto:renato.golin at linaro.org>> wrote: Folks,

python setup.py ssl error
Hey guys, I'm trying to do a source install of s3cmd onto a centos 6.5 host. Because the version in the repo is a little old. So when I go to run the installer app with the command python2.7 setup.py install, I'm getting the following error: Installed /usr/local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/s3cmd-1.6.0-py2.7.egg Processing dependencies for s3cmd==1.6.0 Searching for six>=1.5 Reading

Python Xapian bindings in PyPi?
Is there a package for the Python Xapian bindings in PyPi (the Python package index)??I install nearly all of my Python packages using pip and virtualenv, but I've had to manually compile the Xapian bindings for Python for a couple of projects. I just did this again and was wondering if I'd simply missed the package before. If there isn't a package in PyPi, would you be interested in

emails getting mangled when dragging from Exchange account to IMAP shared folders
I'm having the most frustrating issue, and I'm at a loss for what is happening. I'm not even sure it is with Dovecot, but that's why I'm posting this here... if it isn't a dovecot issue, maybe someone can get me headed in the right direction? I've posted relevant dovecot and config info at the bottom of this post. Here's the scenario: We recently migrated our

It stems from the needs of the Numba community and is geared towards creating JIT compilers. llvmlite is available both as source code and as binaries for a number of platforms. Source code is available on PyPI and Github:

LNT Python problem?
Lets deal with this in a PR: https://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=28347 I’m surprised how often this is happening. I propose we lock all the dependency versions in LNT, and upgrade them on some cycle (maybe yearly). Otherwise this will happen every time we have a dependent package’s default version change. We have always done this in the reqirements.txt file, and that has worked really well
