I built this machine, and while it isn't the most robust box in the world it has been stable otherwise. Just updated a DC from 4.1.6 to 4.1.7. After the update, it appears to be unable to bind any listening ports with the error NT_STATUS_INVALID_PARAMETER_MIX.
