CentOS 5 Beta on a MacBook Pro
FYI, I just installed CentOS 5 beta with the SMP kernel in a VMWare
fusion virtual machine on my 2.33 GHz 15 inch MacBook Pro.
The installation was flawless. I installed from an NFS share on my
network with the ISO images. The vm booted disc one and recognized
my 802.11n wireless connection as eth0. The install took about 30
minutes.
Everything worked fine...

XCP 1.0 beta : NOOB: how do i log into a newly created VM?
Hi:
Sorry for the basic NOOB question but I managed to create a VM but now I
am stuck. On page 26 of the XCP Virtual Machine Installation Guide it
says "VNC and perform the OS installation". I tried everything I could
find (listed below) but I am stuck. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Here are two questions whose answers would really help:

R-beta: dyn.load() on a Linux Red Hat 3.0.3 system
I'm trying to install R on a Red Hat 3.0.3 system, but cannot seem to
get dyn.load() to fuction.
The configure script says:
checking for dlopen in -ldl... no
And compiling fails at
../lib/libunix.a
Any suggestions? What should I do to be able to use dyn.load()? I
cannot upgrade the system to a higher version of Red Hat, but I will
probably get away with installing some new

default cluster.stripe-block-size for striped volumes on 3.0.x vs 3.3 beta (128kb), performance change if i reduce to a smaller block size?
Hi,
I've been migrating data from an old striped 3.0.x gluster install to
a 3.3 beta install. I copied all the data to a regular XFS partition
(4K blocksize) from the old gluster striped volume and it totaled
9.2TB. With the old setup I used the following option in a "volume
stripe" block in the configuration file in a client :
volume stripe

R-beta: configure problem (tcltk) on 64 bit Red Hat EL
Dear developeRs,
I use Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS release 4 (Nahant Update 2) on an
x86_64 machine (two Intel P4 CPUs with 64 bit support), and
R-beta_2005-12-12_r36712.tar.gz.
If I run configure without any options, it does not list tcltk among
the supported interfaces:
./configure

R is now configured for x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu

[LLVMdev] Splitting a load with 2 consumers into 2 loads.
OK, I get it.
The essence of this problem is that a node can be covered exactly and
just once but its result can be referred multiple times for a tree
pattern matching isel. So to duplicate a load node (only if we can!)
is convenient to conquer that case.
The truth is, in pattern (add (load) (load)), source operands are
memory addresses, and thus it can be treated as (addmm
address,

Hello Timo,
I have installed 1.1 beta 8 with fts-squat enabled. I have added the plugin section in dovecot.conf. How can I actually make use of the full text index?

[LLVMdev] Splitting a load with 2 consumers into 2 loads.
Hi, Joe.
I am sorry I did not catch your point. Can you provide more details?
Since SDValue/SDNode can be used multiple times, why would you want to
create two identical objects
instead of reference to the same one?
