Can anyone tell me if it is possible to play Ogg Vorbis files with Musicmatch? I've been trying to find a way for awhile now but I have been unsuccessful.

[Flac-users] software
Hello everyone! I'd like to set up a FLAC jukebox on a Linux laptop. What
do you guys recommend for software? I need to be able to tag the files
according to the data I want in there, and then I need to be able to play
the files back in all kinds of crazy ways according to the tags. What do
you guys recommend?

Apache, MySQL, and PHP
Hi,
I need to ask a question about the usuage of these particular
packages...do you install the binaries for each or do you use what
comes with the OS out of the box??? The reason why I am asking is
because I am having problems using the one that comes with the OS.
Everything else runs great but I am using CentOS for the first time
and I want to make sure that I am not spinning my wheels

I need help with Musicmatch and my samba server.
I am relatively new to the linux world and am moving to it because of my
frustration with Mr. Gates etc. I have two linux servers running redahat 8
with the the samba distribution within that package. They are set up as
music servers for my house. The rest of my household uses win98 for everyday
applications and that is my problem. Musicmatch to 7.2 works great with my
servers but the

Ogg Movies
Hi!
I was very pleased when I realized that it is possible to use OGG VORBIS for
compressing the audio streams of my movies.
But because the AVI standard (*.avi) doesn't support VORBIS audio streams, I
had to use the OGG MEDIA standard (*.ogm) instead for my movies.
Are there any tools (or VirtualDub plugins ???) for editing Ogg Media
Streams?

TightVNC controlling a Mac OSX 10.4.9.
Need some pointers here. I've got CentOS 4.4, and I want to control my
OSX 10.4.9 box via VNC. It connects, and I get a little dot for the
mouse cursor, but just a black screen. I can see the mouse controlling
the OSX desktop...
Here's the output when I start in a terminal:
[d at f ~]$ vncviewer
VNC server supports protocol version 3.889 (viewer 3.3)
VNC authentication succeeded

Running debuginfo-tests with Dexter
Hi llvm-dev@,
There's been some renewed interest in integration tests for debuginfo,
checking that debuggers interpret LLVMs output in the way we expect.
Paul suggested a while back [0] that our (Sony's) Dexter [1] tool
could be a useful driver for running debuginfo tests -- I'd like to
ask whether people think this would be desirable course to take, and
what the requirements for

[RFC] Adopt Dexter and use it to run debuginfo-tests
Hi llvm-dev@,
This is a proposal for LLVM to adopt Sony's Dexter tool [0], import it into the
debuginfo-tests repo, and use it to run integration tests between debuggers
and clang/llvms debuginfo. (Sony has approved donating Dexter to LLVM).
Background
----------
The debuginfo-tests repo contains an integration test suite for debug data,
which builds each test case from its source code

How to help improve debug experience w/ optimizations enabled?
+ 1 to Paul’s suggestions.
I’d add that if an open bug report isn’t assigned to anyone, you can assume it’s fair game. Feel free to assign a bug to yourself if you start working on it.
To toss another idea out there, you might try picking a small .o and working backwards to figure out why location information in it is incorrect. This can reveal a different set of bugs compared to e.g. running

FireFox and Plugins
While doing a browser fingerprinting survey, I was quite surprised to
see I actually have a FireFox plugin installed.
The culprit is
/usr/lib64/mozilla/plugins/librhythmbox-itms-detection-plugin.so
It appears that whoever maintains the rhythmbox RPM has chosen not to
package the browser plugin separately like it probably should be. So if
I have the rhythmbox RPM installed, I have the plugin.

J. River (makers of Media Jukebox) interested in helping with development...
Hello everyone,
This is Matt Ashland, a developer for J. River, the makers of the popular
freeware program Media Jukebox. (some of you may know me better as the
author Monkey's Audio). Our development team here at J. River is quite
interested in helping with the development of Ogg Vorbis. The licensing
restrictions of other formats (namely mp3) are becoming somewhat
problematic for us,

icecast jukebox
Hi,
Hopefully I got you right to email here if you have problems.
I'm a programmer for over 30 years and in general just read instructions and
do it. But I'm stomped with the online doc. I've tried all sorts of links to
make it work for me, but no luck.
I'm trying to build a jukebox for my LAN. All files are on the server in a
user sub dir.
The error I get is permission

building a multi-user-jukebox with icecast..need some advice
hi
I'm trying to build a prototype for something I've had in mind
for quite some years and finally is approaching to become reality.
But let me explain the circumstances:
I have a collection of albums (5000+) ripped to HQ VBR MP3's and
use my own web-interface to operate my jukebox (written in php,
does all I need, playlist manipulations, add whole albums, search
my whole collection

NVidia Quadro4 200/400 NVS CentoOS 4.4
I've put a Nvidia Quadro card in my machine. It was first detected as
Quadro4 200/400 NVS. I have the pigtail for dual monitors. I've tried
tweaking the xorg file to get it working, to no avail. So I then
downloaded the 9631 version driver from Nvidia. The readme for the newer
files said that they didn't support this card.
I run the installer, it builds the module, but gets
