Respond to an out of call SIP MESSAGE
Hi, I'm having trouble configuring Asterisk to respond to an incoming out of call SIP MESSAGE. The transport protocol is TLS and the Asterisk version is 10 (it's old, but I'm kind of stuck with it at the moment). Currently I have roughly the following configuration and handling: sip.conf: [general] accet_outofcall_messages=yes outofcall_message_context=sip-im and extensions.conf

Respond to an out of call SIP MESSAGE
Sorry for the delay here. For some reason the mail from Joshua Colp failed to deliver to my mailbox. So, anyway, I've set up a local scenario on my computer a PJSIP client and Asterisk 11.17.1 (On a fedora linux workstation) with the settings listed below. In this scenario I've used UDP, but I want a configuration that can be used with any transport protocol. I can see that the context

MessageSend has no concept of TLS, it gets passed to chan_sip which then sends

Dovecot 1.1rc3 "Out of Memory" crashes from pop3-login?
We recently began seeing server crashes in our cluster related to "pop3-login", which is causing "oom-killer" to be invoked. The server only recovers after a reboot. From dovecot.conf: login_process_per_connection = yes login_processes_count = 16 login_max_processes_count = 256 (Should we try switching processes_per_connection to no?) From dovecot.log: dovecot: Apr 17

Dovecot auto vacation with sieve doesn't work
Guys, I'm running out of hair to pull out ;). Can anyone out there say that this does work?? To me this is looking like a bug and I'm not sure whether it's the sieve plugin or the dovecot deliver program. I have also had no luck the the "reject" sending any reply back to the sender. My setup: OS: Solaris 10 sparc platform postfix: 2.5.2 dovecot: 1.1.2 sieve plugin: 1.1.5

workgroups not recognized in virtual server conf files
Hi, The documentation I've read indicates that I should be able to get Samba to honor the value of the 'workgroup' variable as set from within an included virtual server configuration file. Given the configuration files below, if I comment out the "workgroup = testwg" line from the main configuration file (smb.conf), then a query of the Samba server (with

Auto Vacation replies again
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Sorry to bring this up again. I have now configured my test server to pass all email messages off to our central campus email filter gateway. This gateway scans all email traffic for viruses/spam before being delivered to any local mail servers.
