Timecondition fallthrough on 2nd GSM Modem, First modem and ZAP's are all fine
Hello, we have an asterisk (1.4.21.2) with ZAP and mISDN channels, the mISDN are 2 incoming GSM Modems, each with 2 simcards. No, the mISDN line one and two are fine, but when I get a call on line 3 something with the time is wrong. Timeconditions fall through to off-hours even if the time of the call is clearly inside business hours, here a log excerpt: [Aug 26 11:04:36] VERBOSE[3112]

Trouble with faxing using iaxmodem / hylafax
Hi all, I have just setup a trixbox system and I am implementing hylafax/iaxmodem solution for the faxing. When i send a fax to it by phoning in listening to the IVR and manually pressing start to initate the fax, the call gets picked up correctly as a fax and everything works well. When I try sending a fax by entering the phone number and pressing start to initiate dialing it sounds like

Best practices for hints management in extensions.conf
Hi, I'm banging my head on Freepbx 2.10 setup with which a SIP hardphone can subscribe to some Freepbx-generated hints and still cannot subscribe to other Freepbx-generated hints (404 Not Found). I would be very curious to learn here a bit more about how Asterisk 1.8 (and above) deals with hint statements. Is it recommanded to group hint statements together in dedicated context or

[PATCH 0/14] hivex: update gnulib and make "syntax-check" tests pass
Hi, This series updates to the latest gnulib, after making most of its "make syntax-check" tests pass. There are still a few tests (listed in cfg.mk) that are simply skipped. To enable one, just remove its test name from the list of tests to skip and run "make syntax-check". [PATCH libguestfs] maint: remove a subsumed syntax-check rule
Hi Rich, I noticed that libguestfs's cfg.mk had an old (and relatively inefficient) version of the rule that checks for empty lines at EOF. The one in maint.mk is much more efficient: >From cf93f04a980ec01ef37db9a0d4c7b99015169eee Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Jim Meyering <meyering at redhat.com> Date: Mon, 17 Sep 2012 11:49:34 +0200 Subject: [PATCH libguestfs] maint: remove a

Valid users directive
Hi Everyone I'm new to samba and I have been trying in vein to find a solution to this problem. I am setting up a linux samba server as a domain member server. It is part of the MAINT workgroup. Winbind and Samba authenticate correctly. The issue arises when I try to limit the users who are allowed to use a my share folder. Most of the information I have lookup seem to say that I should

call file challenge...
Greetings!! We're getting some strange results using call files.. no matter the technology, DAHDI, SIP, etc., we get a "Call failed to go through, reason (3) Remote end Ringing" message when attempting to originate a call from a call file. Numbers changed to protect the innocent.... using call file.... //------------CALL FILE------------// Channel: DAHDI/g1/918005551212

tcltk scrollbar
The following code should give me (at least that's what I think) two list boxes with their individual scrollbars. But instead both scrollbars stick to the same listbox even though they work as they should (scroll individual listboxes). When I remove all the widgets on top everything works perfectly. Any help would be highly apprecciated. ps: all subsequent listboxes and scrollbars work

Need basic PPPoE startup help
I need basic PPPoE startup help. adsl-start DID bring up my PPPoE link (ppp0) to my ISP over eth0 via the DSL modem/bridge. My IPv4 CIDR block is routing and Shorewall is doing the firewalling. But shorewall has to be started after ppp0 is up and working. For now this means running shorewall restart (or start?). Shorewall 4.2 will have a way to restart shorewall without recompiling, I

H323 outgoing calls
Does asterisk support using an H.323 provider for outgoing calls? From everything I have found, it looks like it does. However, I have had no success in getting it to work. I would really appreciate if somebody could give me a hand. I am using the channel that comes with asterisk. I have also tried using the channel from inaccessnetoworks but have not had any more success. My provider

call not routed
After a power interruption, asterisk doesn't seem to be routing calls and there seems to be a premature timeout and hangups occurring. I am clueless where to look. Can someone in the know, look at the following log and enlighten me if there's a problem, or if it looks normal. From the calling phone, it keeps ringing as if never picked up. Thanks soo much. -braman

two small patches to appease clang/llvm static analysis
I ran libguestfs through llvm+clang, today, [http://clang.llvm.org/StaticAnalysis.html] It found only two things worth changing -- neither is a real problems. Adding the noreturn makes it so the tool understands line 541 of guestfs.c is truly reachable only for non-NULL "p": 540 if (!p) g->abort_cb (); 541 memcpy (p, ptr, size); >From
