[RPMS] XGL/Compiz git Fedora packages
Hello,
I'm new to the list but I've been following it since its inception.
First of all sorry for the length of this post, if you're not a Fedora
user just skip it.
I've been building Compiz packages since Fedora Core 5 came out (Xgl
only) and updating since then with all the new stuff, AIGLX and
whatever. I use them on a very large range of hardware.

Force parent window
Does Wine allow me to change the parent window of an application run under Wine?
I've tested one of the 64k demos from Farbrausch (http://www.farb-rausch.com/) and it works perfectly under Wine. I'd like to have them running as my wallpaper.
I've tried Xwinwrap but it doesn't work so I was wondering if there is something I can pass to Wine to tell it to draw its windows on the

gpo not working
Hello people:
First, excuse any misspelling, english is not my mother tongue
I'm triying a simple gpo, put a fixed image as wallpaper on all the pc
connected to the dc but is not working.
Using the remote administration tool had has defined an Organizational
Unit with one user and defined a policy with two restrictions
1) use a shared image [ \\dc\common\backgroud.jpg ] as wallpaper

Regression in nvfx-next since yesterday
Celestia 1.6.0 again shows corrupted rendering on planets, other parts
rendered correctly with the latest git pull on the nvfx-next-5 tree.
Yesterday's nvfx-next tree worked perfectly.

Force window fullscreen
Hi all,
I'm looking for a way to force a certain window on my desktop to go
fullscreen. The window in question is from Enemy Territoy, it tries to
go fullscreen, but for some reason doesn't work, and stay always
redirected with obvious framerate slowdown (keep 6-7 fps average on a FX
5200). I was thinking something like xwinwrap, which you can call a
process and force his window to

New Quantian releases with almost all of CRAN / BioC
[ I hope this is not considered off-topic for the list:
A new Quantian release was just announced, and it contains even more R.
As before, we have R (now 2.2.1), ESS, Ggobi, Rpy, several BioInfo tools
-- but now we also have RSPerl, JGR, rJava and more. A full sync to CRAN
and BioC as of Feb 25, 2006 now yields dim(installed.packages())[1]
of 877. Feedback welcome, but

thanks for quick reply. at first look I thought it is what I need,
but, unfortunately, it doesn't applied to original data - it
creates new data with loosing original indexes ! I want to keep indexes
of original data, but replace original data with $mids of corresponding
$breaks.
So, if I have z = 1:10, t=hist(z,plot=F)
