Mapping My Documents
I'm creating roaming profiles for the Win98 boxes in our network. Is there any way to map the "My Documents" folder to a share in the Samba server? -- "Without this playing with fantasy no creative work has ever come to birth. Win2k can't see the domain
Hi. I have a working 3.0.4 server offering logons and profiles for the Win98 boxes in our network. Now I'm trying to do the same for the Win2k boxes, but no luck. The details: 1. The server's name is curia and the Win2k box's is macellus. I created (with vipw) usernames for curia$ and macellus$. 2. net rpc join -U root%password worked ok, joined domain ROMANOVA. 3. Next, added curia

Trying to compile ices under FreeBSD
looks like you need to set CPPFLAGS="-I/usr/local/include" and LDFLAGS="-L/usr/local/lib" in your configure environment. <p>Quoting Luiz Claudio Duarte <lclaudius@luiz.claudio.nom.br>: > Also sprach Michael Smith: > > > > >Ok. Hi, folks. I've installed icecast 1.3.11 and I'm very happy with it. SUMMARY: Can't 'save-as' from MS Word
Thanks a million to Wendell Wilson, who offered a solution to the problem we've been seeing regarding saving a document in MS Word. I know we really do need to upgrade to at least 2.2.6, and I am planning it - but this gives us little more breathing room with everything else going on. Once again, appreciate your help! --Gene Original Question: At 04:35 PM 11/14/2002 -0800, I wrote:

Clang project renamed
Hi everyone, There are a number of issues with the current name of the Clang project: * It is prone to incorrect type setting, typically as CLang, CLANG, or most commonly c̦҉̫̘̺̹̖̗͒͆͋̈̃̇߯l߲҉̷̡̰̖͈̤̺͒҆̾̚͡͝a̺̹͍̔߭͠ͅn͋́͡g̱߫̉ * The C++ compiler ends in the string "g++", which causes problems for compiler wrapper scripts * The name has been used by a kickstarter project
