[LLVMdev] use of undeclared identifier '__NR_*' error while building clang
Hi guys, I am following this[1] tutorial to install clang. However, I have made a small change in the configure command, and I am running it with '--enable-optimized' option to avoid the debug build. I am getting the errors (given at the end) related to *undeclared identifiers '__NR_*'*. Can someone please provide some input about how to tackle this issue? On my other machine, I

[LLVMdev] LLVM IR on different platforms
Hi, I am curious to know about LLVM IR as platform independent feature. I have compiler some C and C++ applications that compiled on Linux 64bit machine, now I want to generate bit code file on Windows 64bit machine. 1) Will this execute without any issues? 2) Do I pass any option for making it operating system portable? 3) Can I generate bit code file also on Linux machine and then run on

[LLVMdev] Getting LLVM bit-code for programs using a couple of libraries
Hi guys, I am compiling some programs with clang which use a couple of libraries. When I compile with the command - "clang -O2 -I. -o hello -ldl -llttng-ust hello.c tp.c", it goes successful. My aim is to get the bitcode for these programs but if I try to generate the bitcode with -emit-llvm option, it produces linking issues as follows : (also at - http://pastebin.com/zkmL2SAH)

ARIMA problem
Hi, This is regarding the ARIMA model. I am having time series data of stock of 2000 values. Using the ARIMA model in R, I want the forcasted values for next 36 time points. However when I run this model in R, I am getting same value for all 36 time points. I have tried to fit the data with ARIMA model by changing the parameters p,d,q after looking at the errors and other criteria for

Running "different tests" on cmake based test-suite build
Hello Friends, With configure based build deprecated on llvm, how can I run different tests/pass on the suite (http://llvm.org/docs/TestSuiteMakefileGuide.html#running-different-tests)? Right now I am having a hacky solution, which includes running the "still present" configure file of test-suite to generate the MAKE.<MYPASS>.Makefile; > cd external-testsuite-build-loc

[LLVMdev] Using CallingConvLower in ARM target
After wasting an inordinate amount of time trying to get test-suite to run on arm-apple-darwin so I could reproduce your results, attached is a patch that fixes the small copy&paste error of having 8-byte alignment for stack-allocated f64s instead of the proper 4-byte. I've updated the patch to the top of trunk changes as well. deep On Fri, Feb 27, 2009 at 8:31 PM, Sandeep Patel

I'm not currently setup to be able to run the A/B comparison tests that test-suite relies upon. Fhourstones-3.1 looks to be the simplest. If you can send me the two .o files from either EABI or Darwin, I can dig into why this went wrong for you. deep On Thu, Feb 26, 2009 at 3:53 PM, Evan Cheng <echeng at apple.com> wrote: > Sorry I haven't gotten back to you earlier. Please help(urgent) - How to simulate transactional data for reliability/survival analysis

I need to simulate end to end data for Reliability/survival analysis of a Pump ,with correlation in place, that is at 'Transactional level' or at the granularity of time-minutes, where each observation is a reading captured via Pump's sensors each minute.
