assest pipeline how to exclude some css files?
In my assets I have
intranet
|_1.css.scss
|_2.css.scss
internet
|_1.css.csss
application.css
application_internet.css
application_intranet.css
1.css.scss
2.css.scss
3.css.scss
intranet and internet are directories.
In my layout I want to exclude the files under internet and intranet.
I have created

3.1 asset pipeline + Capistrano troubles
Hello,
I''m having a bit of trouble with the asset pipeline and, I think,
Capistrano.
In my app layout I have:
<%= stylesheet_link_tag "application", "bootstrap" %>
And the relevant bits of the app dir structure are:
app/assets/stylesheets/application.css.scss # Contains ''require_self'' and

'require_tree .' does not seem to be including the available *.js files as expected. Why?

Referring to http://guides.rubyonrails.org/asset_pipeline.html, it
seems that ''require_tree .'' in myapp/app/assets/javascripts/
application.js will include all *.js files in the myapp/app/assets/
javascripts/.

Asset Pipeline doubles my CSS refs?
Hi,
I''m trying to properly reference a .css file. Unfortunately the asset
pipeline is doubling my css references which disables my code. What
gets rendered is:

We are using reqiure_tree in our application.js and application.css.
As per i know require_tree include all js and css in application.js and
application.css .
We include application file of both .js and .css in our application.erb.

Bootstrap 3.1.1 is showing as BS 2...
I should first mention that I'm new to rails, but I updated to Ubuntu 14
today and I cloned my latest project from Github after installation.
Everything seems to be working just as my last push, however my project is
styled with Bootstrap 2... *but it should be 3.1.1.*
I am not using the direct files in the stylesheets folder, instead I

Accessing the ROR Application
hi all,
I successfully deployed the ROR project on Centos server,i have one
question how can i access that application from my machine ?
on starting WEBRick server it is started on this ip http://0.0.0.0:3006,
i want to set my machine ip in place of ''http://0.0.0.0:3006'' and also
how i can access it from my machine ?

Linking failure in stylesheet_link_tag in production mode with asset pipeline enabled

errors.add adds "is invalid" if validation fails
Rails, I have problem.
I am validating fields of a class, if validation fails i use the
method error.add "Say something" , but when I test my form by giving a
invalid entry, I get error output as "Say something is invalid" and
not as "Say something". I really dont know where from this "is
invalid" pops in. Any help?

couldn't find file 'jquery' rails 3.1 stable mountable engine
When I create a new engine in Rails 3.1 stable and then access the dummy
app or the engine I get an error say that the app can''t find jquery.
I''ve created the engine using

can't get jquery_ujs to work
I''ve followed the instructions on the git page for rails three, and
set my form tags to :remote=>true
but the inputs in the forms are not showing up with any data-elements
and when i change data nothing is sent back to the server
is there something else i have to do on the forms, do all the input
tags have to be set to :remote=>true as well?
