[LLVMdev] [cfe-dev] [3.6 Release] Release Candidate 2 available
Hi all, I would really like to get a patch into 3.6 for libc++. The patch renames template parameters with the names '_A' and '_V' to longer names. '_A' is frequently defined in ctypes.h and that could cause libc++ to not compile. I'm fairly sure the code was added between 3.5 and 3.6 so that would make this a regression. The patch can be found here:

[PATCH xf86-video-nouveau] Check for xf86CursorResetCursor()
If it's available, xorg-server calls it on each mode configuration change. It does what xf86_reload_cursors does (and more), so we don't need to call the latter anymore. Avoids gcc 8.2 warning: drmmode_display.c: In function ‘drmmode_set_mode_major’: drmmode_display.c:525:2: warning: ‘xf86_reload_cursors’ is deprecated [-Wdeprecated-declarations]

[LLVMdev] Porting LLVM, clang et al. to GNU/Hurd
Hi! At night, when having my GNU Hurd maintainer hat on, I'm currently working on porting LLVM, clang et al. to x86-class systems using the GNU Hurd as their kernel, <http://www.gnu.org/software/hurd/>. In the following, I'll just use LLVM to refer to the whole suite of tools. To some extent, LLVM already works on GNU/Hurd; thanks for constructing it in a portable fashion. From

Bug#658101: xen-utils-common: xl create fails because of missing /var/lib/xen
Package: xen-utils-common Version: 4.1.2-1 Severity: important Dear Maintainer, I changed toolstack to xl in /etc/default/xen, rebooted machine, and xl started working, but creating domU (kfreebsd9 from package kfreebsd-image-9.0-1-xen) fails, because /var/lib/xen is missing.
