Hi all, When I tend to use "virsh # connect qemu:///system", the debug info shown below:Failed to connect socket to '/usr/local/libvirt/var/run/libvirt/libvirt-sock': No such file or directory
I use libvirt-bin's file "libvirt-sock" linking to the directory(usr/local/libvirt/var/run/libvirt) where virsh needs to search it, then the problem solved. But I

Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket...
I just did an unwanted mysql upgrade and am now unable to start the
mysql service.
After doing some searching the common solution is to just create a
symlink
ln -s /var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock /tmp/mysql.sock
The issue for me is I don''t have the file I am trying to symlink to
(/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock)
If I try to start mysql manually (mysql start) I get the error:
# mysql start

details. You may need configuration options.

[LLVMdev] Regarding Error on Mac OSX
Hi,
There is reported bug about this (#2771), or at least related.
http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=2771
Though it seems there is no "proper" solution known so far.
The workaround is to use 'opt' from the Release/bin directory
In your case:
../Release/bin/opt -load ../Release/lib/LLVMHello.dylib -hello
Would probably work.
Best regards
Vlado

bug in identical()? [Was: [R-sig-ME] Failure to load lme4 on Mac]
Daniel,
thanks for the test case. I did run it in valgrind but nothing showed up, however ...
I'm starting to have a suspicion that this has something to do with identical() - look at this:
> identical(M1,M2)
[1] FALSE
> all(serialize(M1,NULL)==serialize(M2,NULL))
[1] TRUE
> identical(unserialize(serialize(M1,NULL)),unserialize(serialize(M2,NULL)))
[1] FALSE

Mysql::Error: query: not connected
Hi there!
I am PHP developer and trying to learn ROR. Currently I am building my
first Rails website (OS X Snow Leopard, TextMate) and decided to
switch from sqlite to mysql. After many-many hours of searching the
internet I managed to install mysql gem. Now I get this error when I
try to run rake migrations:
