hpricot bug?
I get an error in the hpricot-gem on Windows XP sp3. I have tested
different versions of it and combined them with different versions of
sequel (including the latest of both).
The error triggers on the line when I do: require ’hpricot’.
The line that causes the error in the hpricot-gem in the file
elements.rb (line 395) looks like this:
nth = proc { |num,i| self.position == num.to_i }

WEBrick initialisation error
I am new to Ruby so I thought the best way to get into it would be to
follow the ONLamp "Rolling with Ruby on Rails" intro. I followed the
instructions to the letter and everything work just great, very
impressive:-).
A couple of days later when I went back to it I got the following
message when trying to start the WEBrick server.

Session handling busted on Oracle
Hi,
Ruby 1.8.6 (one-click)
Camping 1.5
I''d submit this as a bug, but the tracker says I''m forbidden, so here
you go.
The first problem is that the sql to create the sessions table is
broken. This is what it tried to send:
CREATE TABLE sessions (
id NUMBER(38) NOT NULL PRIMARY KEY (38), --> Problem here
hashid VARCHAR2(32),
created_at DATE,

Connecting to existing postgreSQL database in Win32

database from RoR.
I have followed all of the instructions I could find and when I start

Newbie question: scaffold not working
I went through a tutorial at
http://www.onlamp.com/pub/a/onlamp/2005/01/20/rails.html?page=1 to get
started with RoR. I really like the idea of the scaffold construct, but
I can''t seem to get it to work the way it was described in the tutorial.
I''ve got a mysql database that is properly configured, and a table
