uninitialized constant ActiveSupport::Cache (NameError)
Hi
After having updated some GEMS I get `load_missing_constant'':
uninitialized constant ActiveSupport::Cache (NameError) on starting
the server of a freshly generated rails project.
Before, I already had Rails 2.3.2 projects succesfully running, now
all of them generate this error.
These are my GEMS:
actionmailer (2.3.2, 2.2.2, 2.1.2, 2.1.1, 2.1.0)

Hi all,
I have another problem that I fight with for some time and I could not
understand where is the problem. Probably the problem is that I am quite
"green" in RR :)
I am trying to make the Demo Application that comes with Ferret to work
but I guess something with my environment is not OK.

uninitialized constant ActionController running Cucumber features in Aptana/RadRails IDE
I''m just starting on BDD. I installed the gems for webrats and
cucumber.
I also ran the following in the Ruby shell:
>rake gems:install RAILS_EN=test
>script/generate cucumber
These commands seemed to create the expected features and lib folders
in my project.
I''m using the eclipse framework with Aptana and RadRails as my IDE.

After Rails 2.3.2 upgrade: superclass mismatch for class TestCase (TypeError)
I upgraded a working app from rails 2.1 to 2.3.2. Now when I run rake
test:units I get this error: /usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/
activesupport-2.3.2/lib/active_support/test_case.rb:17: superclass
mismatch for class TestCase (TypeError)
I generated a new test app and all tests run OK.
For the upgrade I ran rake:update and renamed the class in test_helper
to ActiveSupport::TestCase. Also renamed

Mongrel Server error - newbie question.
Dear All,
I am very new to RoR. I have got the following error after Chnaging
mysql database.yml and restart the Server.

buildr Windows 7 64 bit problems
Preface: I''m not overly familiar with the inner workings of RoR, so I
apologize for my relatively superficial knowledge upfront
I have a new 64 bit Windows 7 machine.
My dev environment on my old machine which functions fine (sans a
