Hey all,
I just upgraded a very simple rails based website from Rails 2.0.2 to

id in form_tag for update
I get an error saying Rails can''t find the post because I don''t have an
id when doing the update. I have:
<% form_tag ''/meetings/update'', :id => @calendar.id, :onsubmit =>
''return ValidateMeeting()'' do %>
Is this wrong?

form_tag only useful for pages with a single form?
Howdy, I''m new to rails and I''m learning form Agile Web Dev with Rails.
It seems all of the examples that use form_tag use it in situations
where the action first creates a new object before doing a
request.post...
If I''m in a situation where I''m managing Roles, Rights, and assignments
of rights to roles, I may want to have one little form with a text field

form_for not working with Markaby
I''m playing around with Markaby and I decided to write a little blog app.
I''m running into issues with forms however. If I use form_for the output of
the form gets swallowed. For example:
form_for :article, @article do |f|
f.text_field :title
f.check_box :published
f.text_area :description
f.text_field :pub_date
f.text_area :content
end
gets rendered as an empty form

this:
<% form_for symbol, item,

subsets, %in%
Hi,
I have a question about %in% and subsettin data frames.
Say I need to keep ID 1,2,4,5, 10 from the data frame dat. I can do:
dat <- data.frame(ID = 1:10, var = 1:10)
someID <- c(1,2,4,5,10)
subset(dat, dat$ID %in% someID)
Is there a quick way to do the opposite, ie to do a subset that contains
all ID but someID? Something like %not in%, which would *remove* lines with
ID in

and a samba NT password stored in the LDAP as well as a User SID and
Primary Group SID assigned and stored in the LDAP, derived from the SID

Setting a HTML ID with form_tag / form_remote_tag
Hello,
Is it possible to specify a HTML ID with the form_tag / form_remote_tag
methods of the FormHelper? I specifically need this for javascript and
css but can''t seem to find how to do it in the APIs.
Cheers,

Recaptcha (or other captchas)
Does anyone have any suggestions for a best practice implementation of
Recaptcha (or other captchas - if you recommend going another route, I''m
all ears)? I''ve found the recaptcha gem and a plugin but I don''t know
which is the best implementation, and I haven''t found a thorough
tutorial plus example code for either.
Thanks
