Advanced Routing and Secondary ip address in eth0
Hello,
I have configured advanced routing with success using three (03)
network adapters ( ETH0, ETH1 and ETH2).
Now I have to configure an addittion range in the same Interface
ETH0 ( another internet ip range address ), so I would like to have TWO
different ranges at the same ETHERNET CARD ( in this case ETH0 ) AND
having advanced routing running it.

R1.8.0 and virtual PC (PR#4708)
Dear Sir/Madam
First, I should tell that I'm using virtual PC "w2k" in a mac osx 10.2.
The problem: I recently downloaded the windows version 1.8.0. I found
the following problem with the instruction plot.
E.g., if I type the following instructions, I got the following error
message:
> x = 1:10
> y = 2*x
> plot(x,y)
Hit <Return> to see next plot:

Modifying dialplan for DUNDi compatibility
Greetings all,
I'd like to start implementing a private DUNDi peering group between one of
our asterisk servers hosted at a datacentre and the various asterisk boxes
sitting at clients' premises.
On most of the clients' boxes the dialplan will have an [in-pstn] section
containing the various numbers that should be recognised by that box. Where
they're from a VoIP provider they

Basic matematical functions with NAs
Dear All,
I've tried to sum columns -- different species of flowers, fruits plus twigs -- with NAs to get litterfall/trap, and then after use litterfall to calculate production (litterfall (grams)/ hectare/ day. But R 'sees' litterfall/trap as a string.
My question: How to use basic mathematical functions to deal with NAs in data management.
Example (as you can note I have many

Network issue with multiple uplinks
Hello everyone.
I've stumbled upon a strange networking issue with multiple interfaces
on CentOS 5.
The network setup is just like the diagram in
http://lartc.org/howto/lartc.rpdb.multiple-links.html
It looks like linux is not routing correctly outgoing packets on
interfaces different from the one of the default gateway, but instead
broadcasts an ARP request on the link, looking for the

r version 2.1.0 and graphics in mac os 10.3.9
I use mac os 10.3.9 and I've installed in my computer R 2.1.0 (I
believe this is the latest R version).
Although it works alright when I open R by clicking in the R icon, I
cannot use the graphics facility when I open R from a X-terminal window
(or x-11 window).
In fact, when I try to open R I get the message that I pasted below.
Is this a R bug?
Is R assuming that I should have the

Early Media with Asterisk
Hi :)
I hope someone has a hint concerning Early Media.
The situation:
My Asterisk is connected to small local carrier who works with several SIP
servers.
I traced some SIP headers and find something like this:
Via: SIP/2.0 UDP sip1.provider1.de
In the SDP part I found something like this:
o=- 2268929 0 IN IP4 sip2.provider1.de
c=IN IP4 sip2.provider1.de

rules/routes traversal misunderstanding
Hi,
I''ve been experimenting with ip route for the last few days to get load
sharing accross 2 providers working. While it works most of the time, on
a few occasions, packets are routed to the wrong interface.
I''m not sure to understand rules and routes traversal correctly (I
couldn''t find answers in the howto). So, here are my questions:
1. How does the rule

1.6 upgrade issues
Greetings list,
Over the last few days I've been gearing up to replace a couple of our servers with 1.6 as something of a testbed, but I'm encountering a few problems, and wondering if anyone can help...
In extensions.conf, there are a number of contexts defined for each group of users, along the lines of:
[groupa] [groupb] etc.
In each of those, there's a command include =>
