I thought Rails 3.2 ActionController automatically converts JSON params hashes...
Hey, I was thinking I''d have my controllers do double-duty: the same actions handling json and html requests differentially. For this, it''s useful that Rails 3.2 automatic params hash conversion from json work (as described here<http://guides.rubyonrails.org/v3.2.13/action_controller_overview.html#json-xml-parameters>in the Rails docs). (I''m using ruby 1.9.2.)

[LLVMdev] Value of structure passed byval to a recurse function not initialized when accessed through GDB
Karthik, At what point within recurse() are you asking gdb to display the value of argument a? What I'm wondering about is if the debug information gdb is using to get at a might not be correct at the particular point you are checking a, particularly if that is before the prolog has completed execution. The way debug information for arguments pushed on the stack is represented in

[PATCH v2 1/3] rhv-upload: Log params for easier debugging
Log the params dict passed from v2v to the plugin for easier debugging. Here is an example output: using params: {'diskid_file': '/home/nsoffer/src/virt-v2v/tmp/rhvupload.To9y8J/diskid.0', 'disk_size': 6442450944, 'disk_format': 'raw', 'disk_name': 'v2v-000', 'output_name': 'v2v', 'verbose': True,

[LLVMdev] Value of structure passed byval to a recurse function not initialized when accessed through GDB
Hi Relph, I'm trying to print the value of 'a' while executing a.s = --depth; I have used break line number instead of break function so that the initial prologue part gets executed. The problem seems to be happening when parameters are pushed into stack and we call a function recursively. For example in the code when we have a int s; inside the struct instead of short s; gdb is able

[LLVMdev] Value of structure passed byval to a recurse function not initialized when accessed through GDB
This seems to be another case of PR13303 - since GDB can't figure out where to break for this function based on the debug info (you'll notice when you "break recurse" that it's not breaking on a line or source file, just an address) it's breaking at the very start, before the prologue I'm about to commit a fix to this. Can't pass parameters to Ziya controller using url_for
Hi All, I''m stuck yet again. I have an action on a controller that produces a Ziya graph, which I call using the gen_chart() helper. However, I can''t seem to pass more than one parameter through to the action. <%= gen_chart( "overview_graph", url_for( :controller => ''graph'', :action => ''graph'', :graph_id =>

Passing params between actions?
I am wondering what are the rules for the availability of params in controller actions? If I redirect, are the params still available? How about when I render a different action? It doesn''t seem so... What are the best ways to pass them? I''m trying to use an ajax scaffold component with 2 actions which load different data for the component. I have an ajax scaffold component

Passing a JavaScript variable through a Rails params hash
Hi guys, hoping someone can give me a pointer with this? I have a Javascript variable that I''m updating dynamically as a user interacts with the page. I want the user to be able to save it''s value at any time along with some text data in a pop-up form, so the best way I can think of is to pass it through the params hash without writing it into the form. I''m not totally

Queue: Passing params to macros and gosubs
I wrote: Queue("ENGLISH,rh,,,20,,,log-answer") but no variables are available in the subroutine context. I need to get ${UNIQUEID} in there. In a Dial command, I can write U(log-answer^${UNIQUEID}) but not in the gosub field of the Queue command. Is it possible to pass variables from the dialplan to the subroutine context? [PATCH server] Update app to work with rails 2.3.2
Note that this does not fix gettext for app, that will be done separately in another patch as F10/F11 require different setups for that. In the meantime gettext works if manually changed in environment.rb to gettext_rails instead of gettext/rails Signed-off-by: Jason Guiditta <jason.guiditt at gmail.com> --- src/app/controllers/application.rb | 200 --------

[LLVMdev] Value of structure passed byval to a recurse function not initialized when accessed through GDB
Hi David, I think it might not be exactly PR13303 which might be causing the corruption of struct when accessed through GDB. This seems to be an ABI problem in clang. The problem seems to be that when we have pass by value of struct (having indirect arguments) stack is not aligned properly. I tried realigning the stack for indirect arguments in(TargetInfo.cpp) - ABIArgInfo
