htb2 -> htb3 problems
Hello! I need to switch from htb2 to htb3, because of speed issues (for me, htb2 is unable to handle more then 100mbit duplex with ~550 classes), kernel profiling shows htb_dequeue_prio at 1st place with 3x isolation. So, I''ve moved from 2.4.19 to 2.4.25 kernel (hi-pac for classification/marking and htb3 for queueing), and traffic rate drop from 100 to 20mbit. What can be wrong? The

why isn''t 1:1 getting the traffic? [filter question]
With the below script, whenever I ping 10.0.16.10 (which matches the only filter I have), traffic still get''s sent to the default 1:2 class instead of 1:1 and I don''t know why... Any hints? HTB shares equally when borrowing enabled :(

[Help] IMQ download traffic is duplicated !?
Hi, I have a default class for my un-marked traffic (prio 5) and a prio 0 class for the important stuff, but I do not understand why my download traffic is duplicated in both. It work fine for my upload traffic (same setting except the red class but I have the same result if I create an esfq instead). Any comments/information will be appreciated. Semi-shaped traffic
During my tests I''m starting to feel stupid :). Traffic shaping works quite on its own. System: RedHat 7.3, RedHat kernel 2.4.18-18.7.xsmp, HTB version 3.6, interfaces eth0 and eth1 are acting as bridge br0. If TCP shaping almost works, it just exceeds limits UDP is not shaped. Hello all. We have three tunnels over the internet between our "central" gateway and some branch office gateway. Each gateway has eth0 on its LAN an eth1 on the internet. We use DSL lines and eth1''s have the internet IP directly attached on it. Each gateway, also, acts as iptables NAT gateway.
