[LLVMdev] Is there someone tried LLVM 2.1 on Visual Studio 2005?

WinGNU32 Flex and Bison are the ones to use with LLVM and Visual Studio.
http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/
The LLVM Visual Studio .sln file is for Visual Studio 2003 so will require
conversion and some minor modification.

agi exec problem (followup)
actually, i do have a workaround which bypasses the exec command entirely:
system("asterisk -r -x 'add extension s,3,Playback(demo-congrats) into local'");
but it's ugly. seems like it should be possible to do this with exec.

AVR is little endian, but requires function arguments to be in a "big endian" order, might need an additional data layout variable unless someone can suggest a better fix?
I think this is broken in at least one place when legalising the DAG.
This llvm ir:
%3 = call { i16, i1 } @llvm.umul.with.overflow.i16(i16 %2, i16 11)
Fails to lower correctly on AVR but the problem is, unfortunately, not just coming from the AVR Target code and I am not sure it can be cleanly fixed just there. (But I would be very happy to be proved wrong as I'm very new to this.)
The above

as i said, right now i'm just getting my feet wet. but, i will be needing
to build dialplans on the fly. 'add extension' seems like the right call
to make.

Alignment of image plot overlay
I'm having trouble with alignment of a trend line overlayed onto an image
plot. The two should be plotted on the same x-axis (time-series). However,
the trend line begins about an inch into the image plot x-axis and ends
about an inch off of end of the image plot. Once I have the alignment
sorted, I need to put a secondary y-axis on the image plot which is scaled
for the trend line. An

IAX2 to SIP protocol translation overhead?
Just wondering if there is much CPU overhead in the translation from
IAX2 to SIP, and how taxing this function is as compared to
transcoding.
We're trying to build an efficient system and would like to avoid
taxing the CPU as much as possible. Our upstream service provider is
100% SIP, however we'd like to use IAX2 in our network as well, if it
does not cause too much overhead.
Not sure

Is there a Memu system for MS programs insalled via wine?
Have wine running in Ubuntu - dapper. Found and insalled winexs which
is SO good. However the process of starting a programs exe is a tad
time consuming and prone to error. Well for me who is a tad used to
double click and it's away sort of windows xp....

linear contrasts in coxph?
Hello everyone,
I was trying to calculate linear contrasts with coxph via the contrasts
function, but I'm not sure if it is correct.
First, all the statistics change, if I state 2 contrasts instead of 3.
Second, stipulating common linear contrasts does not even nearly produce an
expected result (i.e. -1,1,0,0 should lead to nonsignificatn result, as
group A and B are not differing very much)

glm.nb difficulties
I'm having problems (or to be precise a student is having problems,
which I'm having problems helping her with) trying to use glm.nb() from
the MASS package to do some negative binomial fits on a data set that is,
admittedly, wildly overdispersed (some zeros and some numbers in the
hundreds).
glm.nb is failing to converge, and furthermore is (to my surprise)
producing values of theta

Plurals and synonym lists
I want to correct spelling errors automatically. I have used search in
the past where I can pass an argument through standard search to correct
a word with up to 2 spelling errors for example or do the more Google
like "Did ya mean?". In this case I just want to change it automatically
and search. I am not too interested in specifying the number of
characters it is out by.

Outbound audio fades out with IAX Provider
I have an account with a IAX service provider that I'm happy with but
recently I started getting rather strange reports from users. They're
saying that occasionally, they'll be on a call via the provider and the
outbound audio appears to slowly fade out to nothing with a bit of static
during the fade.
Does this ring any bells with someone? I'm going to update * on the

Both ATA's have public IP's. No NAT'ing going on here. Reinvites are allowed

VPN Solution required
Hi
I need a VPN solution that will work to a CentOS4 server thats behind a
NAT'ing hardware firewall appliance. This has to be able to work on
Windows and OSX and i have to access a server on the LAN.
I have looked at OpenVPN but for some reason i'm having issues with
generating certificates using their howto and i used the rpm from Dag.
While i continue my fight with this is there

Browsing network through a firewall.
I'm setting up a VPN, and am trying to figure out how to handle browsing
the network through the firewall, under Windows NT. I can mount
individual shares fine, if I enter things in manually, but I cannot see
the various shares availabe under Network Neighborhood.
Reading the various manual pages and smb.conf lead me to believe that
it is absolutely possible to use Samba to somehow proxy the

OpenVPN tunnel and one-way audio - Do I still need a SIP proxy? (bruce bruce)

I'd be rather astonished if OpenVPN itself were responsible for this.
As far as I know, OpenVPN doesn't do higher-level-protocol rewriting
of any sort. It just provides the "bit pipe" through the tunnel.
I'd suggest several other

Corrupted idmap...
Yes, this does not make sense.
If I have member file servers, and I want to be in control of which
groups can access what, surely winbind needs to be able to get a GID
from AD?
It may be different in our case as we migrated from classic Samba, but
every non-builtin group we have has a GID assigned and it works
perfectly. Indeed, if I create a new group without assigning a Unix GID,
it is not

Can't Register Client - Multiple Subnets
I am unable to get any softphone to register to my asterisk server
when I am connected via VPN. I have tried Ekiga, LinPhone, and
Twinkle... on multiple machines. It works fine when locally connected
(same subnet). The VPN is not NAT'ing anything... and all other
connections work fine across it (i.e. http, ssh, scp, ftp, etc). In
fact, the asterisk logs show the connections, so its getting
