[LLVMdev] Tile64 bundle-types and VLIW infrastructure
Hello, I've made a backend for Tile64 processor as my master's thesis. Of course, there is a lot to do in order to harness all the power of the processor, but LLVM programs already can be compiled to tile assembly. If anyone interested in the backend, just let me know and I release the code on our project site. One way to improve my backend is to utilize its ILP capabilities, so I'd

mongrel_cluster: selective restarts
Hi list, I have tried to reach Bradley (author of mongrel_cluster) by mail, but have not gotten a response. So I''ll try trough this channel: I have ''developed''[1] a small extension to mongrel_cluster that allows selective restart of any one listener in a configuration that contains more than one listener by using a command like mongrel_rails

[LLVMdev] Java project, and introducing myself.
Hello, I am Ramon Garcia Fernandez. My interest in LLVM is to develop an interface for Java virtual machine bytecodes, so that Java programs can be run under LLVM. You may ask why not using the Java virtual machine. Although it may be improved, there are some misfeatures in it. This is what I have learned. It makes the communication with native code too expensive. Passing an array from native to

[LLVMdev] Do I need to calculate padding by myself to construct a StructType ?
I am using LLVM C++ API to generate IR for some structure data. For example: struct mystruct {int a:1; int b:2; unsigned long c} = {{1, 2, 3}}; I read the document and tried the demo cgi, it seems the API requires user to handle padding and value combination for the initializer by themselves. Is there any way to create the struct more simply like this:

[Mass Effect] I feel myself awfully tired
Hello everybody. A have spent 20days+nights trying to get my Mass Effect work on wine some way... As you can easilly predict, with no success. It was hard time with up to 6 combinations of display driver, 24 or more versions of wine and endless chain of winetricks and attempts to do without. >From the point I can say I am very hard on doing something and with my brains, fingers and Google

Locked myself out of MySQL
Darn! I must have either made a typo or my use of a ";" in the MySQL root password so now I am locked out. Is there a work around or do I have to uninstall MySQL and reinstall? Todd -- Ariste Software Petaluma, CA 94952 http://www.aristesoftware.com

Dug myself into a hole
I just build a CentOS 6 machine to replace my old machine which broke to where I could not fix it. In attempting to get the applications running which had worked on the old machine, I did updates from several repos such as rpmforge, atrpms, livna, epel, etc. Some of the attempts ended going down blind alleys. Now I have a mix of rpm's from various sites that I do not need, but they are
