Hi! However, when i try to create an htb qdisc i get the following error : Unknown qdisc "htb", hence option "default" is unparsable However, if i use the tc tool, it works fine.. When I tried to understand the problem, it appeared to

I''m configuring an wireless ad-hoc network with three laptops; A ---- B ---- C where A and C can only talk to B, and B can talk to both A and C. A and C cannot talk to each

Sessionbased traffic on NANO?
I use the wellknown nano setup (by Christoph Simon) on a few sites with success. From time to time a user approaches me with problems that seems to originate from the fact that only trafic to the samt DST IP on the net will get out the same link. The problem happens with traffic from applications that contact different IPs in the "same session". An example is Anarchy Online, where

Low-priority traffic
Hello, I''m a total tc newbie, and I''m trying to tweak the wondershaper script (http://lartc.org/wondershaper/) to get a slightly different result. Excuse me if I will not use the correct technical terms, it''s a whole new world to me :) wondershaper.htb creates 3 HTB classes; 1:10 is high prio, 1:20 is bulk (default), and 1:30 is low priority. The classes are

HTB - not borrowing, not exceeding rate
Hello! I have a quite complicated setup. In my network on each interface there is bandwidth limitation for each user. Booth outgoing (on interface itself) and incoming (attached IMQ) traffic. There is main HTB class which limits bandwidth for whole interface and HTB subclasses for each user. Filtering is done with hashing filters. This setup was working correctly. But now in the network I

Thanks for your reply. I searched for the error on Google before resorting to the R forum (help group). I tried Sys.env(...) too, but didn't resolve the error I get.
