limiting upload speeds does not work
Hello, I want only a very simple thing, but I have been unable to get it working so far. I would like to shape my DC++ traffic firmly to certain speeds. I am using an embedded linux router (asus wl500g), and a NATed PC (address 192.168.1.100). eth1 is a WAN interface and br0 is the LAN interface of the router.DC++ client is running on 4111 ports(tcp and udp) I actually managed to shape download

Syslinux & usb booting
Hi
It looks to me there's some issues in the Linux implementation of syslinux (root ver, I don't have mtools).
When I used "syslinux -sf /dev/sda1", the stick was not bootable, it showed a black screen when booted, with a ";" appearing when I pressed a button.
The partition was marked active & bootable. And it was the only partition, and primary.
Then I did the

i edited out some stuff, and saved the file (flac

2nd attempt - Repairing vorbis files
Hello,
No public anwer came to my previous post, and my problem is urgent, so
I'm trying again.
I'm using Ogg Vorbis since 2000 and some of my files appear to be
damaged - at least some players reject some of them (WinAmp,
Quintessential Media Player beta 116). Is there a repair tool for
Windows which could rebuild vorbis files so that they all could be
played in WinAmp, which is very

just to keep this thread alive, here are few comments on the progress.

[LLVMdev] Tool for loop transformations
Hello Tomas,
I'm a little bit new here too, but I guess I could try to help you. First, let me see if I get your project straight: you are writing a tool that should (let's say) help students to identify what does a loop seems like after a chosen transformation. Is that the case? If so, your first objective would be isolating a loop transformation and avoid other transformations to mess

[LLVMdev] Tool for loop transformations
Hi everyone!
I would like to create a tool which would "simulate" several loop
transformations. It should serve as a part of my bachelor thesis.
Typical usage of that tool would be this:
Mark a loop in a source (probably C/C++) file and specify desired
transformation in a predefined way (for example a special comment or
something). -> Run the tool on that "crafted"

Yes, it will not work on EL6, it requires newer glibc and gtk3.
It's time to leave EL6 behind (or stick to Firefox).
