[PATCH v4] btrfs-progs: Fix a segfault when using btrfs-corrupt-block with "-U"
When using "-U" option with btrfs-corrupt-block, it will cause a

[Btrfs-Progs] Update for lzo support
- Add incompat flag, otherwise btrfs-progs will report error
when operating on btrfs filesystems mounted with lzo option.
- Allow to turn on lzo compression for defrag operation:
# btrfs filesystem defragment -c[zlib, lzo] <file>
Note: "-c zlib" will fail, because that''s how getopt() works
for optional arguments.

[RFC][PATCH] Btrfs-progs: Fix compiler warnings on PPC64.
From: Wade Cline <clinew@linux.vnet.ibm.com>
The kernel uses unsigned long long for u64, but PPC64 uses unsigned
long by default. This results in print warnings such as:
print-tree.c:333: warning: format ‘%llu’ expects type ‘long long
unsigned int’, but argument 4 has type ‘u64’
Defining __KERNEL__ before the file <asm/types.h>, or any file that
includes this file, will let PPC64

[PATCH] Btrfs-progs: add option to skip whether a scrub has started/resumed in userspace
I hit a problem that i can not start scrub when i am trying to track
superblock generation mismatch problems.
The fact is that we are trying to check whether we have started a scrub operation
in userspace, this will make us can''t start scrub if that record file is damaged
itself. By adding a option to skip that check, everything will be fine.

[PATCH v1 0/2] Btrfs-progs: commands "resolve inode" and "resolve logical"
The kernel patch series just sent (Subject: "Btrfs: scrub: print path to
corrupted files and trigger nodatasum fixup") introduces two new ioctls to
do in-kernel filesystem path construction. This series provides the
corresponding userspace changes, adding two new commands to the btrfs utility:
--
btrfs resolve inode [-v] <inode> <path>
resolves an <inode> to all

[PATCH v3 0/5] btrfs-progs: scrub interface
This is the next patch series for scrub userland tools.
Change log v1->v2:
- commands now reachable as "btrfs scrub ..." instead of "btrfs filesystem
scrub ..."
- ability to scrub a single device instead of a whole file system
- superfluous command line options removed
- resume is now a separate command ("scrub resume") instead of "scrub start -r"

[PATCH] Btrfs-progs: make scrub IO priority configurable
The btrfs tool is changed in order to support command line parameters
to configure the IO priority of the scrub tasks. Also the default is
changed. The default IO priority for scrub is the idle class now.
Some basic performance measurements have been done with the goal to
measure which IO priority for scrub gives the best overall disk data
throughput. The kernel was configured to use the CFQ IO

Almost there...
Ok, I managed to compile the Ogg and Vorbis libs. Then, after modifying
the file audio_out.c as follows:
original: #include <dlfcn.h>
modified: #include <win32/include/dlfcn.h>
I was able to (finally!) compile libao.
Then I tried to compile the module vorbis-tools, but uninvited problems
came to my party.

[PATCH 1/3] Btrfs-progs: add support to set subvolume/snapshot readonly

Using the rsync checksums for handling large logfiles.
Dear all,
I've only just joined this list, but I can't find any mention of this
idea anywhere else, so I thought I'd just post here before getting too
deep into programming and possibly reinventing the wheel.
Here at Aber, we have around 30 unix and linux servers doing core services.
Each one is maintaining its own logfiles and, for various reasons, we want to
keep these on the

[PATCH] btrfs_subvolume_show: fix root/toplevel check w/ btrfs-progs >= 4.4

[PATCH] btrfs-progs: add Makefile rule for static build of btrfs-find-root
From: Hugo Mills <h.r.mills@reading.ac.uk>
btrfs-find-root isn''t yet integrated into the main btrfs tool, and is
an important recovery tool, so it deserves to be built as a static

[PATCH] btrfs-progs: remove hard-coding of "gcc" and "make" from Makefile
Here''s a simple patch to replace "gcc" with "$(CC)" and "make" with
"$(MAKE)". This is required, for example, for Gentoo Linux ebuilds, and
it also eliminates a "jobserver unavailable" warning (make-related).

corrupted btrfs after suspend2ram uncorrectable with scrub
Hello,
I''m using kernel 3.1.0 and I have both / and /home as btrfs. I used
suspend to ram quite often and never had a problem, but yesterday I''ve
suspended to get into a plane and when I resumed my /home was all
about input/output errors. Reboot did not help either. My root (/)
did not suffer any problems.
Today I''ve upgraded btrfs-progs to latest GIT and tried scrub

I''ve just pulled btrfs-progs from the new git repo
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/mason/btrfs-progs.git
However, when I come to make it fails like so:

btrfs-progs branch updated
Hi everyone,
I''ve updated the master branch with the pending stable btrfs-progs
commit that should make the 0.20 release.
Thanks to Hugh for helping to queue up a few of them. We''ll have more
frequent releases from here as we pull in the major new features going
into progs (raid5/6, send/receive, quotas, fsck improvements).
Please give it a shot and let me know if you see any

[PATCH][BTRFS-PROGS][V3] btrfs filesystem df
Hi Chris,
this serie of patches updated the command "btrfs filesystem
df". I update this command because it is not so easy to get
the information about the disk usage from the command "fi df" and "fi show".
This patch was the result of some discussions on the btrfs
mailing list. Many thanks to all the contributors.
From the man page (see 2nd patch):
