[PATCH] Btrfs: fix orphan cleanup regression
In fixing how we deal with bad inodes, we had a regression in the orphan cleanup code, since it expects to get a bad inode back. So fix it to deal with getting -ESTALE back by deleting the orphan item manually and moving on. Error on creating snapshots (btrfs: could not do orphan cleanup -116)
This happens on a freshly created btrfs filesystem in a raid10 (4x1TB) configuration with three subvolumes and 1.5 TB data. [PATCH] Btrfs: remove almost all of the BUG()'s from tree-log.c
There were a whole bunch and I was doing it for other things. I haven''t tested these error paths but at the very least this is better than panicing. I''ve only left 2 BUG_ON()''s since they are logic errors and I want to replace them with a ASSERT framework that we can compile out for production users. [PATCH] Notify caching_thread()s to give up on extent_commit_sem when needed.

I noticed we were getting lots of warnings with xfstest 83 because we have reservations outstanding. Since there is a filesystem state, we should deal with it carefully at mount, umount and remount. - At mount, the FS state should be checked if there is error on these FS.
