Samba users spreading spam (or automated replies)
Hi
Some of the samba users are spreading spam or automated replies. Is
there any possible way to stop them?
I've got the following two messages after my first post which are

Hi All,
>>>Clarification: I'm getting a flood of wine-users emails.
Yes, I'm seeing this too. I spent all day today trying to
understand why this is happening, and failed, but I think
I have just now figured it out.
As far as I can tell, the flood of messages are all the
messages that were posted to the newsgroup since the last
time the newsgroup and wine-users mailman list

Automated stepwise multiple linear regression
Dear forum members,
hope you can understand my unprofessionell English. I have never been
working with RStudio before (even not with R), so I immediately need some
help, because I want to carry out an automated multiple stepwise linear
regression between temperatures and different surface parameters.

Can the rsync password be automated?
Is there a way to automate the rsync password or maybe disable? I am
currently running rsync from a Windows command prompt and would like to
run it from a .bat file. I have read through the config man pages but
not sure if my ssh_config file is even being used. I tried
passwordauthentication = no but it still asked for password. I have seen
a option for --password-file= but I believe this does not

Why aov() with Error() gives three strata?
At any rate:
Error(SUBJECT/IV)
specifies two random effects: SUBJECT and SUBJECT:IV. This is most easily understood if you conceptually arrange your data in a SUBJECT x IV table: One effect is a set of random errors added to each row, the other is a set of effects added to each cell.
If you have more than one observation within each cell, then you need a third set of errors to account for

Mapping InlineAsm parameters to ConstraintInfoVector elements
Hi all,
I'm trying to figure out which parameters of a given InlineAsm instruction
are its inputs, and which are the outputs (rationale: make sure MSan
doesn't check the output parameters of an asm() statement).
As far as I understand, this information is only available through the
ConstraintInfoVector for the InlineAsm. However there's no exact match
between the constraints and the

Pigeonhole vacation auto-response not respecting "days" parameter
This might be a PEBKAC on my end, but in our old server, "vacation"
responses would only be sent back to an origin address once per day
because we had ":days 1" in the rule.
On the new server, even though we have ":days 1", pigeonhole is sending
responses to every message, resulting in multiple vacation responses
each day back to each origin address.
