using "unstack" inside my function: that old scope problem again
I've been reading the R mail archives and I've found a lot of messages
with this same kind of problem, but I can't understand the answers. Can
one of you try to explain this to me?
Here's my example. Given a regression model and a variable, I want to
use unstack() on the vector of residuals and make some magic with the
result. But unstack hates me.

NFS4 issue
We are running kernel 2.6.18-164.6.1.el5 with exporting 3 aoe provided
ext4 directories. For a couple of weeks we had a small number of users
using the system with no issues, today we added 7 users and the system
crashed and did not perform correctly since.

SIP/2.0 489 Bad Event in reply to a PUBLISH
Hi, in these dark days of COVID-19 lockdown I'm using linphone to
connect to my office asterisk system for working from home.
It's going pretty well but the presence/BLF functions don't appear to work.
In the linphone logs and asterisk debug I find that asterisk is
rejecting linphone's PUBLISH message:

lme mildly blowing up
I'm running a hierarchical linear model of legislative committee
representativeness (so I have committees in chambers) using lme. It's a
simple random-intercept-as-outcome model.
When I run it, everything converges and I get results like this, trimmed
for brevity. The following are the group(chamber)-level variables. The
dependent variable is bounded between zero and one.
