R CMD check --force-multiarch does not install all the archs for testing
Hi, Why isn't 'R CMD check --force-multiarch' installing the package for all the architectures that are going to be checked? For some packages, it only installs for the default arch ('i386'). Then testing the package for 'x64' fails. For example, Output of R CMD check --force-multiarch fabia_1.5.0.tar.gz: ----------------------------------------------------------- *

[LLVMdev] CallGraph
Hello, I try to make a big CFG (control flow graph) by combining all the CFG-s from all the functions of a module. I still have one problem : I want to get the links between functions. For CFG-s, I used CallGraphNode->second->getFunction, then Function_iterators and succ_iterators, so I have all the links between BBs. Now, the questions is how do I link BBs from different functions? I can

More strange R CMD build/check errors on Windows
Hi, This is a follow up to: https://stat.ethz.ch/pipermail/r-devel/2010-July/057921.html The Bioconductor daily builds have been reporting a lot of strange things lately on Windows using R-2.12. This started 2 or 3 months ago and things are not getting better with recent R-2.12. Here is a sample from today's build results. We use Windows Server 2003 R2 for the 32-bit builds, Windows

asterisk based bbs
hello list, I was wondering: anybody ever wrote an asterisk based bbs? not a bbs about asterisk, but a vocal bbs that runs on asterisk, so that people can call, hear the discussion of the day, leave messages, etc. it seems a rather basic application to me though I cannot find much about. thanks l. -- Creato con M2, il rivoluzionario client e-mail di Opera: http://www.opera.com/m2/

problem with predict(mboost,...)
Hi, I use a mboost model to predict my dependent variable on new data. I get the following warning message: In bs(mf[[i]], knots = args$knots[[i]]$knots, degree = args$degree, : some 'x' values beyond boundary knots may cause ill-conditioned bases The new predicted values are partly negative although the variable in the training data ranges from 3 to 8 on a numeric scale. In order to

Adding BB input/output registers during ISel
Hello all, I am developing an out-of-tree backend for a unique simd processor and I'm looking for a bit of help. In my current design, it's possible for a case to arise where I decide during instruction legalization that a fixed-sized array of vectors which has been initially allocated on the stack needs to be lowered into the vector register file. I have this design working for the case

[LLVMdev] Is it safe to insert instructions in batches into BBs?
Hi, I'm getting a very strange behaviour while adding already created instructions in batches into basicblocks instead of creating and inserting them immediately. Because I need to insert instructions in a certain specific order inside multiple different BBs I found it easy to use the IRBuilder to create instructions without inserting them into a BB, storing them somewhere (vector, map

R_HOME path getting munged in inst/doc/Makefile on Windows
Hello, I have come across two separate packages that have a Makefile in inst/doc which use the R_HOME variable. In both cases, the path to R_HOME gets munged in such a way that commands that include R_HOME fail on Windows: For example, one Makefile, for the xmapcore package ( https://hedgehog.fhcrc.org/bioconductor/trunk/madman/Rpacks/xmapcore/username/password: readonly) has this:

Problem with "ldapsam:trusted = yes"
Hi, I updated from 3.0.11 to 3.0.12 and tried the new ldapsam:trusted parameter. Alas smbd dies silently a second after startup. With debug level 2 I can't see any reason in the logfile. My smb.conf is (relevant part I hope): ================================= [global] workgroup = BBS_XXX netbios aliases = fileserver revreselif passdb backend = ldapsam:ldap://localhost

[LLVMdev] CallGraph
Thanks for the response. I looked and I cannot see what exactly I need. I saw getCalledFunction() so I need CallSite CS(cast<Value>(II)) where II is a basic block iterator, so an instruction. It seems not easier than the "unelegant" version....if I am still at the Instruction level... I need a method that takes from a "leaf" basic block from a function (Maybe there is

[LLVMdev] Generating Consistent Instruction IDs
Hi, I'd like to ask you what's the best way of generating instruction identifiers which are consistent across independent invocations of the LLVM program. One way would be to use a counter and iterate over all the functions, then all the BBs. But are there any guarantees on the ordering of the functions and BBs in the iteration? In extremis, I can sort the functions after name, but what

/etc/ssl/certs/dovecot.pem erased by OpenSuse's update mechanism
Hi, this is not a genuine Dovecot bug, more a nuisance. It applies to OpenSuse 13.2 but maybe also to other Linux's. The standard installation of Dovecot (especially 10-ssl.conf) places the certificate dovecot.pem in /etc/ssl/certs. Sometimes during updates does OpenSuse renew all certificates in /etc/ssl/certs and erases dovecot.pem. This blocks further access to the mailbox. I found a
