[LLVMdev] problem trying to write an LLVM register-allocation pass
I have a new problem: Register RBP is used in a function foo. (I am not allocating RBP to any virtual register, the instances of RBP in function foo are in the machine code when my register allocator starts.) Function foo calls function bar. Register RBP is not saved across the call, though it is live after the call. Function bar includes a virtual register. The code that I'm using to

fatal error if Flex and Bison is not configured
Hi all, I try to build xen 4.2( revision number: 25161) on Ubuntu 11.10_amd64, Mac pro. After running ./configure and make. I got the following fatal error: *libxlu_cfg_y.y:22:26: fatal error: libxlu_cfg_l.h: No such file or directory compilation terminated.* So the original libxlu_cfg_l.h is deleted when making, and should be regenerated but it is not. I find the path of flex and bison is not

Plot time series data irregularly hourly-spaced
Dear all, I have a time series of data that I would like to represent in a plot. But I am facing some problems to do it because the time is represented in "hours", it can start in one day and end in another day, and it is not regularly spaced. My problem is that when I plot my data, my X-axis always starts from the lower values of my time data. For example, I would like to plot data

zlib location
I'm trying to build the 1.4.0 development version of R for Windows. I'll be posting problems as they arise, until I give up (or succeed), or someone asks me to stop. 1. I don't have zlib, the compression library. The source file gnuwin32/unzip/WHERE says to get it from ftp://ftp.info-zip.org/pub/infozip/zlib/zlib.html; that web site says it has been closed and redirects me to

[PATCH]: xl: fix broken cpupool-numa-split
Hi, the implementation of xl cpupool-numa-split is broken. It basically deals with only one poolid, but there are two to consider: the one from the original root CPUpool, the other from the newly created one. On my machine the current output looks like: root@dosorca:/data/images# xl cpupool-numa-split libxl: error: libxl.c:2803:libxl_create_cpupool Could not create cpupool error on creating

[PATCH v2] libxl: prevent xl from running if xend is running.
Prevent xl from doing any operation if xend daemon is running. That prevents bugs that happened when xl and xend raced to close a domain. Changes since v1: * Add documentation to xl man page. * Permit the execution of commands that don''t modify anything. * Indent error message. [PATCH] xl: remove unimplemented -l stub for cpupool-list
Hi, although advertised via the usage output, xl cpupool-list -l just returns ERROR_NI, which does not show up on the console. Instead the output is empty, which is not exactly what --long hints to. To avoid confusion remove the line from the help output and just ignore the -l option properly until it gets finally implemented. Signed-off-by: Andre Przywara <andre.przywara@amd.com>
