Mantel test!
Dear Sir/ Madam, I would like to ask you about mantel test in R. In ade4 package, if I want to use mantel.rtest, I get error massage "Object of class to "dist" expected". As I already have two dissimilarity matrices, shall I again compute distance measure using this function? If not, could you please let me know which function/command I can use to do? Thank you very much in

systemd-networkd issue
Hi, If I disable ipv6 via the kernel command line, ipv6.disable=1, then systemd-networkd fails to bring up any interfaces. Removing the option and networking works as expected. Phil.

Porting R
I am trying to get R 1.0 running on the Mac. The main target is MacX. Anyone else working on that? For the recent Macintosh system, I am trying to compile R using MachTen. The R core compiles and runs without any changes, using the Unix make files. The libraries give some problems, presumably due to handling of shared libraries. It seems I am missing something to link.
