many small files bug
Hi!
I try to copy a lot of little files between a Linux and a Tru64 (I
successfully compiled rsync on a tru64, it needed a little cosmetics), but
it throws me this error (rsync 2.5.5 on both machines):
779300 files...rsync: error writing 4092 unbuffered bytes - exiting:
Broken pipe
rsync error: error in rsync protocol data stream (code 12) at io.c(463)
The command line was:

experience with Sympa to Mailman?
I have a Centos 5.5 box with Mailman installed. A new user will host lists
using Mailman, moving from a Sympa based host. Sympa isn't in the repos, does
anyone know why? or have any experience moving the archive from Sympa to
Mailman?

R interest group at Stellenbosch University formed: R@SUN
Hi
I know this only affects a small number of subscribers, so I apologize
to the "Non Stellenbosch University subscribers" for the noise.
Two weeks ago, four R users met and discussed the possibility of forming
an interest group of R users at SUN. The interest group (R at SUN) has the
aim of:
? Promote the use of R at SUN (Stellenbosch University);
? Organize Hons stats courses using

Quick question on sieve
I have a procmail recipe that does the majority of my heavy lifting for my mailing lists. It's pretty straightforward, but as I understand it, this isn't something sieve can do:
# [ ] contains a space and a tab
:0
* 9876543210^0 ^(List-Id:.*<|X-Mailing-List:[ ]*)\/[-A-z0-9_+]+
* 9876543210^0 ^(List-Post:[ ]*(<mailto:)?|List-Owner:[ ]*(<mailto:)?owner-)\/[-A-Z0-9_+]+

Use sieve to move all mail automatically based on List-Id
Dear all,
I currently use the following rule to automatically sort email into
folders based on mailing lists:
# split out the various list forms
# Mailman & other lists using list-id
if exists "list-id" {
??? if header :regex "list-id" "<([a-z_0-9-]+)[.@]" {
??????? set :lower "listname" "${1}";

Salut
l'ordinateur, troisi?me onglet [profiles]. Et dans cet onglet il est
possible de s?lectionner le type de profile
