crash problem when using IndirectBrInst to replace BranchInst
Hello all,
I have written a pass, which replaces condition branchinst using
indirectBr to obfuscate program.
The origin IR is as the following:
br i1 %1, label %2, label %3
And the transformed IR is as the follwoing:

Hm, I tried to reproduce this as well, but unsuccessfully. From the crash report: EXC_I386_GPFLT means we’re dereferencing a non-canonical pointer, in this case “0x00486000000025df”. This happens at wrap_OSSpinLockLock+17, which is just after the prologue and just after calling cur_thread(). So I’d say it happens when we’re dereferencing the pointer returned by cur_thread(). MacOSX 10.4.11 update breaks tests/lapack.R (R 2.6.0)? (PR#10454)
Hello,
It seems the recent Mac OS X 10.4.11 update installed a new
libBLAS.dylib in the Accelerate framework which either contains a bug
itself or exposes a bug somewhere in R's lapack code on the PowerPC G4
and G5.
My build of R 2.6.0 executed the tests/lapack.R code succesfully when
I upgraded when 2.6.0 was released. After the OS update, it now

segmentation fault with Hmisc areg.boot(): Now acepack avas failure
Hi Folks,

acepack 1.3-2.2
I had R crashes while running areg.boot in Hmisc (see old message
below), but now I realize that the problem appears to be in the avas
function in acepack. I tried running running the avas example (in
acepack package), and got an immediate crash.
Any thoughts? The Apple crash report (from R GUI crash) follows.

I am the guy who compiles the OpenMx binaries. We would be delighted
to place our package on CRAN, once the project is stable enough so
that we are comfortable releasing it to the larger public. Let's try

libR.dylib on OS X
If one installs the CLI and RAqua versions, by saying both "make
install"
and "make install-aqua", then packages that use libR.dylib get their
symbols from
/Applications/StartR.app/RAqua.app/Contents/Frameworks/libR.dylib
and not from /usr/local/lib/R/bin/libR.dylib.
That's unfortunate, because the first is likely to change, and the
second is not.

R as OS X Framework
After the recent discussion about future direction of the Mac OS X
port, I was toying with the idea to make R a proper Mac OS X framework.
There are several advantages: OS X locates frameworks automatically,
therefore any program wishing to link against R has only to specify
"-framework R" at link time. Furthermore versioning is supported, i.e.
if a program is linked against R 1.7.1

Hanging -- please help decipher event report
I'm running some code in R64 on a Mac OS 10.6.8 that calls a C program
through the dyn.load() function. The code hangs after several days of
computation, and I've having trouble locating the problem. Can anyone
decipher this info from the error report, and tell me if this is a problem
in R64, or in the C code? Thanks very much in advance.

Saito. To get the full power of their code, I want to use their
