Hi I have a applikation (Oracle DB) which writes files with a backslash in names, i.e: Log\GEN_INPUT_BASED_2899.csv not a problem for Unix but Samba present it to Windows users as: L2CYOP~L.CSV Is there any way _in Samba_ to strip this 'Log\' and give back to user the GEN_INPUT_BASED_2899.csv part. However: after pressing "Finish" in the Setup Agent the screen blanked on me - Ctrl-Alt-F1, Ctrl-Alt-F2, Ctrl-Alt-backspace, Ctrl-Alt-Del didn't help. Nada. Did someone else have encountered this?
