[PATCH 1/6] virtio_host: host-side implementation of virtio rings.
Getting use of virtio rings correct is tricky, and a recent patch saw an implementation of in-kernel rings (as separate from userspace). This patch attempts to abstract the business of dealing with the virtio ring layout from the access (userspace or direct); to do this, we use function pointers, which gcc inlines correctly. [PATCH V2 0/5] vDPA support
Hi all: This is an updated version of kernel support for vDPA device. Various changes were made based on the feedback since last verion. One major change is to drop the sysfs API and leave the management interface for future development, and introudce the incremental DMA bus operations. Please see changelog for more information. The work on vhost, IFCVF (intel VF driver for vDPA) and qemu is

[PATCH 0/3] fix up vringh/mic sparse errors
This fixes remaining sparse warnings in vringh and mic by using virtio 1.0 compliant wrappers. This also needs by get_user patches to avoid getting warnings from these calls. Tested by running vringh_test. Rusty, I prefer fixing all these warnings for 3.19, any objections? Michael S. Tsirkin (3): vringh: 64 bit features vringh: initial virtio 1.0 support mic/host: initial virtio 1.0

[PATCH vringh 0/2] Introduce CAIF Virtio driver
From: Sjur Br?ndeland <sjur.brandeland at stericsson.com> This patch-set introduces the CAIF Virtio Link layer driver. This driver depends on Rusty's new host virtio ring implementation, so this patch-set is based on the vringh branch in Rusty's git. [PATCH net-next] vringh: fix copy direction of vringh_iov_push_kern()
We want to copy from iov to buf, so the direction was wrong. Note: no real user for the helper, but it will be used by future features. [RFC PATCH v2 0/3] Introduce a PCIe endpoint virtio console
PCIe endpoint framework provides APIs to implement PCIe endpoint function. This framework allows defining various PCIe endpoint function behaviors in software. This patch extend the framework for virtio pci device. The virtio is defined to communicate guest on virtual machine and host side. Advantage of the virtio is the efficiency of data transfer and the conciseness of implementation device

[PATCH 00/22] virtqueue_add_sgs, virtqueue_add_outbuf, virtqueue_add_inbuf
Add virtqueue_add_sgs which is more general than virtqueue_add_buf, which makes virtio-scsi and virtio-blk nicer, then add virtqueue_add_inbuf and virtqueue_add_outbuf which handle the more general case, and finally delete virtqueue_add_buf(). I'm hoping this will be the final post of the whole series, and it can move from my pending-rebases tree into virtio-next. Thanks! Rusty. Paolo
