Hello list,
When trying to deliver a big message (which over-quota user limit), I always get segmentation faults.
Others common delivers work fine. This only happens with messages,

Variable expansion in password field
Hi list!
I've recently updated a small dovecot cluster from 2.2.29 to 2.3.10.
I've found an issue with variable expansion. My user/password database is on a
mysql table, with password saved in plain text field.
The cluster receives mail via lmpt and users fetch them via imap. On the
2.2.29 version, no issues.
After the upgrade, I've found some lines in the log:

wishlist: decreasing argument to is.unsorted
I've just realized that it could be handy
to have a 'decreasing' argument in 'is.unsorted'.
And I'm cheekily hoping someone else will
implement it.
It is easy enough to work around (with 'rev'),
but would be less hassle with an argument.
The case I have in mind uses 'is.unsorted' in
'stopifnot'.

Parsing problem
If you want a good way to test out your xsl files, the following will help
quite a bit :
1. get a copy of the stats tree in a file somewhere : wget
http://admin:hackme@server:port/admin/stats;mv stats stats.xml
2. run xsltproc stats.xml yourfile.xsl
xsltproc will try to perform the transform and give you much better
messages than icecast will (icecast just says Cannot parse, but xsltproc

Samba 4.4.3 debian wheezy backport intructions
Hi,
Backported samba-4.4.3 from debian unstabel to debian wheezy today. May
be of interest for others so i share the instructions and patches here.
Ten packages from unstabel must be backported, I modified some to use
python2.7 and removed dependencies to python2.6 and python3 (the later
is not available in an recent enough version on wheezy/wheezy-backports).

website spec updated
I've installed new complete-page versions of the vorbis spec on the
website:
http://www.xiph.org/ogg/vorbis/doc/
the per-section html versions have not yet been updated.
I also updated docbook, xsltproc, and tetex on motherfish, and
installed a catalog file in /etc/xml/catalog since the docbook stuff is
a little hard to get going. The docs should build out of the box there
now

I tried to build samba 4.1.12 in freshly installed CentOS 7 following
the descriptions on
