Hello, I'm having to migrate servers. Both are dovecot2 systems. I'm wanting to copy over my mail store from one system to the other. I'd like to preserve dates/times of emails. These are maildir setups on both boxes, I'd like to be as transparent to the end user as possible. I currently have the first dovecot system offline and the second dovecot system is offline.

Hello I noticed a problem after upgrading to 1.1.8 Users that access to their mailboxes using webmail squirrelmail and HTTPS using HTTP seems to work correctly but it not safe enough ... There is an error message saying the imap server send a BYE command ... I downgraded our Dovecot server to 1.1.7 then it works again ... Hello all, I'm facing the need to migrate from a proprietary IMAP server to Dovecot. The migration must be as smooth and transparent as possible. The mailbox format I would want to use is Maildir++. The storage format used by the current server is unknown, and I don't look forward to trying to reverse-engineer it. This leaves me with the option of reading the mailboxes using IMAP.
