Does Gluster not support mul-thread to the same file?
I used a mul-thread program to write the same file in gluster. We just gained about 30MB/s write performance by gluster native client, whereas, using the same program, it's 100MB/s writing performance if mount gluster volume by NFS. Could anyone tell me why? and how to improve write performance for mul-thread writing to the same file mouted by gluster native client. Thanks. Regards,

Distribuir paquete Windows
Hi everyone, I am interested in estimating this type of random effects panel: y_it = x'_it * beta + u_it + e_it u_it = rho * u_it-1 + d_it rho belongs to (-1, 1) where: u and e are independent and normally zero-mean distributed. d is also independently normally zero-mean distributed. So, I want random effects for group i to be correlated in t, following an AR(1) process. I am

[Announcement] Tinc versions 1.0.32 and 1.1pre15 released
Hi Guillermo, Yes, I've also noticed there are still issues with resuming from standby on Windows, despite the latest fixes that I wrote (which are included in 1.1pre15). I think my fixes covered some of the causes of tinc misbehaving on standby, but not all of them. Are you able to reproduce the issue reliably? If so, can you please file an issue at https://github.com/gsliepen/tinc/issues

[LLVMdev] ARM opcode format
Hi, I'm sorry I forgot to mention I am compiling the bitcode using the JIT. The actual error, I get when I'm trying to get the function to the pointer. I'm using a custom front end that translates Android's Dalvik bytecode into LLVM bitcode based on Android ICS's modified LLVM version. Samba 2.2.1a - ls inconsistancies.
I am running Red Hat 7.2 and using smbmount to mount a PC share from a NT4 SP5 Workstation. I have a folder, in this share, of around 300 files and when I do ls -l I get inconsistencies. Sometimes files are missing, and if I keep repeating the command the files are then appear again. Other times the size information is wrong. No one else is using, or changing, any of the files on the source
