Hi all. So.. as the problem with the video driver and CentOS 5 seems to be hard to solve, I'll try to migrate to CentOS 6. I'd like to ask if anybody is successfully running cadence and plugins on CentOS 6 and if it is running as well as it was on CentOS 5.. If any, what problems may I see running cadence on CentOS 6 ? I am running a regression: ols.reg1 <- lm(y ~ x1 + x2 + x3 + x4) on a data.frame and then generating fitted values: y.hat <- ols.reg1$fitted.values Then I would like to add these fitted values to the data.frame as a new variable.
