[PATCH 0/1] opusenc support for WavPack input
This patch to opus-tools adds optional support to WavPack lossless format as input to opusenc. Like support to FLAC, it depends on an external library, libwavpack, and may be disabled on configure. [PATCH 0/4] efi: PE header generation fix
The PE headers of the generated efi file were quite buggy. And since OVMF perform a few consistency checks, syslinux was unable to run on it. I don't pretend to have a thorough understanding of the PE+ headers, some bugs may remain. :) Celelibi (4): efi: Fix PE header field rva_and_sizes_nr efi: Location, size and alignment of .text section efi: Useless relocations in PE file efi: PE

Reading data from file made by C fwrite
Hello! First, I must also congratulate the R core team with their accomplishment! I have gotten to like R a lot, and I have recommended it for inclusion in an "Astronomy for Linux"-distribution which is in use by many professional astronomers and observatories. I'm currently working on importing data from files created by a C program (that I have not written myself, I have the

bug report for oggenc in CVS: vorbis-tools/oggenc/encode.c
I was wondering why my CD ripping was producing short files from some tracks. A superficial examination of the code shows this piece of code in vorbis-tools/oggenc/encode.c: Line 120: /* Main encode loop - continue until end of file */ while(!eos) { [...] /* While we can get enough data from the library to analyse, one

Various Ogg Vorbis largefile notes and/or patches
Greetings one and all; I'm not subscribed to this list so I'm first sending this message to verify that mails from me make it through, and then later I'll send the juicy messages with patches. Also, the address I'm using is IPv6-only and doesn't often work, so drop me from any replies and I'll catch the archives, or drop only the hostname part to get an IPv4 address that

What is the fastest way to see what are in an RData file?
Currently, I load the RData file then ls() and str(). But loading the file takes too long if the file is big. Most of the time, I only interested what the variables are in the the file and the attributes of the variables (like if it is a data.frame, matrix, what are the colnames/rownames, etc.) I'm wondering if there is any facility in R to help me avoid loading the whole file.

isolinux: Generate GPT and Mac bootable images
EFI systems typically don't support booting off ISO 9660 filesystems, even if written to USB sticks. This patch adds support for generating a GPT that covers the stick as well, with an additional partition entry pointing purely at the secondary El Torito image. When burned to CD the secondary El Torito will be used as an EFI boot image, and when written to a USB stick the GPT partition

Quick bug in speexenc
Good day, a quick bug while encoding speexes in speexenc. While reading a .wav in function read_samples, size can get to negative values, as long as fread is able to go forward with reading the file. This can happen with Protools-generated wavs, where they put additional information after the "data" fourcc. I created a very quick hack by adding: int tentative_read =

decode in ppc 2003
Hi, My problem is at the second fread function, fread(&nbBytes, sizeof(int), 1, fin); //the first fread fread(cbits,1, nbBytes, fin);// the second fread. When I'm debugging always nbytes is greater than cbits. This give me a execution error. Thanks. [PATCH v2 0/3 supermin] URPMI & xz support.
Joseph, Please try my modified versions of these patches. These are compile-tested on Fedora and they don't break any existing functionality, but I don't have either urpmi nor a statically-linked xz so I cannot fully test them. I have also fixed detection of zlib (2/3). Rich.
