bitrate peeling question
Hi: A friend asked me a question that I was unable to answer, so I'm posting it here. Can files created by the beta4 encoder be peeled down when that becomes available, or is the ability to encode peelable files also not implemented? Bit peeling(?) used in MPEG-2/SVCD Nero plugin?

Monty, You helped me out quite a bit the other day, but I just wanted to make sure I understand something. The "ideal" way to do bit rate peeling is to have the encoder set the file up to be conducive to the peeling process, and the streamer would be the device that actually does the peeling.
