I had a look at darkice (http://darkice.sourceforge.net) but I didn't seem to be able to get that to work, the stream skipped seriously and no config options or different encoder I used managed to get it sounding normal. Hi list, I am just wondering if anyone knows a way to stream with automated crossfading under Linux. I know that you can stream to icecast from windows using something like otsjuke, or WinAmp with the SQR crossfading plugin, but am not aware of anything for Linux that will allow me to stream with gapless output. He means that development of WinAmp 3 has discontinued. WA2 is being updated to support WA3's extra features (video, media library), and WinAmp 5 (2+3=5) is the main new development.
