client disconnects after one song is played || Winamp
I will give the older version of winamp a try. Interestingly
enough, I found that zinf on linux on the internet does work.
I wonder if these other clients on mac and winblows use an
out dated version of vorbis.

id3v2 problem
Hi Josh,
I found id3v2 didn't work on v1.1.0. I checked source codes, macros- (in
such cases as FLAC_HAVE_ID3LIB) ware moved to config.h. That is good.
But the place to do include is the after of #ifdef FLAC_HAVE_ID3LIB.
The result of configure script isn't reflected. And it doesn't always
have id3lib with this.
Move place of 'include "config.h"' to the top. I

The future for open streaming solutions at the BBC?
Hi all,
I recently emailed a query to the maintainers of BBC London website
(http://bbc.co.uk/london) asking if they had any plans to move away from
Real Server as a means for streaming audio and Video of their live radio
and tv broadcasts to something a bit more cross platform like OGG/Vorbis
or even MP3's. The reply I received was :
"I'm afraid we only plan to use Real Player

[Interopcast-general] about translatingdocumentation, but not only documentation.
Just a few weeks ago, I was thinking of writing a streaming source using
libshout and portaudio. I was also considering LADSPA support, to do
some minor post-processing before encoding. However, I'm currently
developing on Mac OS X, and LADSPA's shared library plugin model has
some issues here to be resolved.
Another nice feature I have given a thought on is incorporating

I believe splayer is only intended to be a Win32 executable. Note that it is in a directory

Asterisk now available with bundled pjproject!
The current Asterisk 13 and master git branches have a new feature that
will be included in 13.8.0: The ability to compile and run Asterisk with a
bundled version of pjproject.
??
Why would you want to do this? Several reasons:
- Predictability: When built with the
?bundled
pjproject, you're always certain of the version you're running against,

tournaments to dendrograms
Does anyone have (good) experience converting tables of tournament
results into dendrogram-like graphics? Tables, for example, like this:

Any pointers appreciated. RK

better suited to be paired with Celt in terms of latency. I'm working

windows/Linux systems. I started by using the OpenAL library but I have
run into an issue when feeding OpenAL small mono sample sizes that

Audio Output for Ogg Vorbis Player
Hello,
I am writing a program that decodes Ogg Vorbis and output to the hardware.
I followed the decoding examples and got the bytes ready for output. I am
looking for an audio output library on Windows. So far, I tried at
DirectSound but it is quite complicated and requires lots of set up. I have
several questions:
1. Does Libao work on Windows?
2. And Is there a simpler audio output library?
