Daemon-mode authentication documentation
I have found reference a couple of places on the web describing the details of authentication when rsync'ing with the server in daemon/non-shell mode. For example: http://www.linuxjournal.com/article.php?sid=6508 "rsync's authentication mechanism, available only when run in d?mon mode, is based on a reasonably strong 128-bit MD5 challenge-response scheme. This is superior to

freenx-0.5.0-8.c4.noarch.rpm is in testing
We have created a new version of freenx (freenx-0.5.0-8.c4.noarch.rpm) and moved it to the testing repo. This is based on the code displayed at the LWE in San Francisco ... http://lwn.net/Articles/146825/ http://www.linuxjournal.com/article/8489 (though it is not officially released as stable by the freenx people) This version should handle printing and reconnecting to running sessions much

Syslinux Digest, Vol 93, Issue 1
All, Thanks for all your help. Now, I can compile the latest source code base on RedHat 5.5 after update nasm(to 2.09) and binutil(2.17). And *make spotless* before *make* under core/ directory. But with the new pxelinux.0, the PXEClient can not bootup. The error info, No valid file system found! And stuck in there. I think maybe the gcc cause the problem. My gcc version is 4.1.2. Thanks aaron

When I call my server from a public phone, I want to route this call to the asteriskOUT trunk so that I can make long distance calls. How can I setup a secret password in the extension.conf, so that my asterisk server can allow me to make long distance call ? Thanks
