Will rsync adopt Kerberos integration?
Hi,
Will rsync adopt Kerberos/GSSAPI integration? It would be really good
if we could establish password-less connections that adhere to user
permissions.
I am aware there is a patched version of rsync for this purpose, but it
seems to run a few versions behind the main releases. Are there any
plans to incorporate the work done there into the main release? (see

Dovecot - Upgrade Solr 7.7.2 to 8.4.1
Hi,
thanks for your answer.
I confirm, mitigate this issue is very very easy.
There are other issues with high severity for example CVE-2019-17558.
Description: Apache Solr 5.0.0 to Apache Solr 8.3.1 are vulnerable to a Remote Code Execution through the VelocityResponseWriter
I think for this issue there is only a solution, upgrade Solr to 8.4. It's Correct?
So, with Dovecot is it possible

com16/com32 module for APM powerdown
Hello,
In case anyone is interested, here are the source code for comboot and
com32 modules for powering down a computer using APM.
I started work on the ACPI version of it, but it will take some time to
parse the spec.

details about lm()
Dear all,
I'd like to get a linear regression of some data, and impose that the line
goes through a given point P. I've tried to use the lm() method in the
package "stats", but I wasn't able to specify the coordinates of the point
P. Maybe I should use another method?
I also have another question: How does lm() choose the point through which
the output straight line goes in

Use of the index of a for loop to assign values to the ro ws of a series of variables
1. The matrices are only 3x2. In your loop you'd be assigning rows 4 and 5
in the last two iterations. Are you sure that's what you want?
2. The reason it ``didn't work'' is because assign() takes the first
argument as the name of the object to create, literally, instead of
evaluating it.
3. You probably ought to be working with a list. E.g.:
m <- replicate(5,

Problem compiling dovecot 2.2.31 on Solaris
You are missing stdint.h. Try to locate that, and include the
directory. However, this is odd, since it should be shipped with GCC
itself.

boot 32 or 64 kernel depending on cpu
Hello,
The attached l32or64.c implements a com32 module that boots two
different kernels with different initrds depending on whether the cpu
has long mode support or not.
I stumbled upon two problems while developing it with current git
version (last commit 595705ffad4f63cfeb84e9bb1243df03808c2fff).
The first was that syslinux_boot_linux didn't work for me. Both the

Asterisk on Red Hat AS 4?
Hi,
I'm planning to install a new Asterisk server with a Digium TE410P card.
Can I use Red Hat Advanced Server 4 (latest update)?
Is this a good choice?
Is recompiling Asterisk simple with kernel 2.6?
Thanks

Wx::Html* widgets
Hello,
I''m having problems using the widgets Wx::Http*, such as
Wx::HtmlWindow, Wx::HtmlEasyPrinting, etc..
The error I got is "uninitialized constant Wx::HtmlWindow". The code
is correct since I''m trying to execute samples in the html/ directory.
All other samples work. I can''t even see that widgets doing
require ''wxruby'';
