building theora for windows
Hi, I?m trying to build a static theora library for windows from sources with Visual Studio Express. Building the ogg-library was a piece of cake, but after converting the project-files for theora, I still get numerous errors, such as: fatal error C1083: Datei (Quelle) kann nicht ge?ffnet werden: "..\..\..\lib\dec\x86_vc\x86state.c": No such file or directory mmxstate.c Probably

That's why the error isn't fatal to the build. Ok, this seems

I have tried to add a plunging to the "libtheora-1.0beta2" (network bandwidth measuring component was added) and Got it success for some far now the problem is when it is added the encoding process get extremely slow (around 20 seconds delay). I think that the problem is with my modified Makefile (some flag may have missed). the following is my modified Makefile.am which is in the

[LLVMdev] Has anyone sucessfully compile the llvm code using visual
Thank you very much for your reply. However, my question is not completely solved. I svned the latest version of the llvm. After I open in the visual studio 2005, the building errors are still there and there was not any .exe executable file output. I set the Fibonacci project under the solution as my startup project and issue the debug-run command. However, the vs 2005 just prompted me that the

[LLVMdev] [PATCH] VS2010 stdint.h
Hi! VS2010 now includes a stdint.h header. LLVM assumes that there is no stdint.h header and creates own types and macros. Because the macros in the stdint.h header are not protected, you get warnings at compile time if you first include llvm/Support/Datatypes.h and then stdint.h. The attached patch includes stdint.h depending on compiler version and therefore avoids these warnings. Kai

[LLVMdev] Linking problems with llvm-2.7, release 64b build with vs2010
Hello, Following some recent messages about building with Visual Studio 2010, I have gotten most things to compile in release mode on 64b windows 7. (Mainly the few errors with 0 -> nullptr in the second argument of the pair constructor, and making an ECValue constructor public). I'm falling at the last hurdle though when it comes to the final link: 1>------ Build started: Project:

Michael, Yes, while stepping through this VS2010 `std::swap` code, `_Move` did nothing, e.g. //////////////////////////////////////////////////// void swap(_Ty& _Left, _Ty& _Right) { // exchange values stored at _Left and _Right _Ty _Tmp = _Move(_Left); _Left = _Move(_Right); _Right = _Move(_Tmp); } //////////////////////////////////////////////////// was equivalent to:

[LLVMdev] MS VS2010 std implementation: "Cannot assign iterators to two different blocks!"
When using MS VS2010 there is an issue with std: `SuccIterator` implements a partial assignment operator: inline const _Self &operator=(const _Self &I) { assert(Term == I.Term &&"Cannot assign iterators to two different blocks!"); idx = I.idx; return *this; } For copy construction, MS VS2010 std reserves the right, and sometimes calls, a
