Theora hardware is running on LEON3!
Theora hardware with LEON3 is runinng!!! My video was too slow, then I discovered that the problem was on LINUX! I don't exactly, but I suppose that the time of LINUX Call systems (like fread()) is the problem. If I don't use the linux (like is done on NIOS), I can to decode much faster than the time of exibition! Now we have two points on software (the hardware is the same,

Theora Hardware: Integration with LEON is completed!
Hi, The Integration with LEON (first part of my GSoC) is completed. http://atlas.lsc.ic.unicamp.br/~andre.lnc/theora_integration_with_leon3_full.png At the last week I had (leon3 + linux + libtheora) and (leon3 + send_vector_of_input + theora hardware) working ok. Firstly, I thougth that it just would be: http://atlas.lsc.ic.unicamp.br/~andre.lnc/theora_integration_with_leon3.png But it

Supermicro AOC-SAT2-MV8 and 1TB Seagate Barracuda ES.2
Hi all, I''m getting a very strange problem with a recent OpenSolaris b134 install. [LLVMdev] subtle issue with soft-float and new attribute scheme (possibly an issue with other attributes)
I can't say this is a bug it is changed behavior from before the new attribute scheme. This issue may appear with other attributes. (there are other attributes that clang will now place on each function) If you run clang as a single pass to create a .ll and don't say -msoft-float, it puts the attribute use-soft-float=false on every function. (It used to be that in that case

[OT] wi-fi ip phone scenario
Hello everyone. I know it's a little bit off-topic, but I was just wondering... Has anyone ever had any experience with asterisk, a wi-fi meshed lan (with more than one access point) and wi-fi sip phones? I made some tests but I'm not really satisfied.... Wi-fi phones are a curse (as far as I know even Nokia eSeries -I personally own an e70 model- have their flaws): - random sip

Modem bridging on Asterisk (no VoIP involved)
Hi everybody. I know maybe this question has been posted some time ago, but I need your updated opinion on the subject. I'm replacing our old pbx with asterisk. I have two TE207 dual pri (e1) cards on a clustered system (one on each node). I absolutely need to connect 4/5 analog extensions with modems, they're being used for remote assistance on very old systems which cannot be upgraded

How to bridge two connected calls
Hi everybody. I am in the following scenario: 1 Customer "A" calls an asterisk box over a Zap channel on a toll free number during night time 2 The incoming call enters an AGI script on the dialplan 3 The AGI script plays back a welcome message, then starts the music-on-hold stream 4 The AGI script originates a calls to a stand-by operator's cell phone (operator

Best hardware
Hi all, I am currently planning a new home file server on a gigabit network that will be utilizing ZFS (on SXDE). The files will be shared via samba as I have a mixed OS environment. The controller card I will be using is the SuperMicro SAT2-MV8 133MHz PCI-X card. I have two options for CPUs/motherboards: AMD Athlon64 3000+ (64 bit) DFI LanParty UT 250gb (NForce 3 based) motherboard 32 bit

[LLVMdev] [RFC] Encoding Compile Flags into the IR
Hi, Link-Time Optimization has a problem. We need to preserve some of the flags with which the modules were compiled so that the semantics of the resulting program are correct. For example, a module compiled with `-msoft-float' should use library calls for floating point. And that's only the tip of the proverbial iceberg. Goals ===== My goals for whichever solution we come up with are

[LLVMdev] subtle issue with soft-float and new attribute scheme (possibly an issue with other attributes)
My understanding is that with the new attribute system we should deprecate and eventually remove the codegen command line options. [LLVMdev] Support for Soft-float
Hi, I'm trying to generate some SPARCv8 assembly for a sparc target that doesn't have an FPU. I'm unable to get the flow to generate calls to a soft-float library. Since I wasn't able to find a definitive answer, I was hoping someone might be able to offer some pointers or shed some light. Running "clang -c -emit-llvm -msoft-float test.c -o test.bc" doesn't generate

Force SATA1 on AOC-SAT2-MV8
I have a supermicro AOC-SAT2-MV8 and am having some issues getting drives to work. From what I can tell, my cables are to long to use with SATA2. I got some drives to work by jumpering them down to sata1, but other drives I can''t jumper without opening the case and voiding the drive warranty. Does anyone know if there is a system setting to drop it back to SATA1? I use zfs on a raid2 if

ZapHFC & quadBRI D-Channel going down randomly
Hi. I'm running some asterisk boxes on different sites, some equipped with a couple of ZapHFC cards, others with Junghanns quadBRI cards.
