Encoding raw to Theora
Hi Ralph,
Sure, we had our mind set on the NC-ND CC licence, and we would be delighted
to help by providing the source master.
Actually the editor had decided not to use FCP since he has to think the CGI
globally before coming down to editing.
Thank you,

Theora Workshop
Hi All,
Firefox 3.1 will be released in a couple of months and I still feel we need
a strong knowledge base to leverage a widespread use of Theora.
While working on the Firefox in Motion video I've been looking for some kind
of comprehensive documentation, but the best I could get was answers of the
community here (thank you again). Theora will not become a standard if
people have to err and

Showcase of the Windows/ARM64/MinGW target
Ok. How much work was it to enable ARM64 codegen? Is it is
significantly more work than for Linux targets? Are there any special
relocations in ARM64 land?

Showcase of the Windows/ARM64/MinGW target
So are you saying that LLVM can be built as ARM64 on Windows now?
CMake doesn't show me an option for ARM64 when using MSVC on Windows.
I have the latest CMake.

It was surprisingly little work, I'd say. Yes, Windows uses COFF, and
there's a separate set of relocations for each architecture. Probably not
more work than for Linux

I'm saying that LLVM can produce code for the Windows/ARM64 target.
As for compiling LLVM itself to run on ARM64 on Windows, I don't know how
to configure MSVC to

Showcase of the Windows/ARM64/MinGW target
Hi,
At the Build conference recently, Microsoft had a session about Windows on
ARM(64), [1]. As case example of a large, nontrivial app rebuilt for this
arch, they demonstrated VLC.
The presentation claimed that this was built with MSVC, with zero changes
to the source.
This actually isn't true; the app that was demonstrated was actually built
with Clang and LLD with mingw-w64 as SDK

reason for bad performance on i915 (AIGLX)
Greetings everybody!
For about two weeks I'm now a happy owner of an intel-powered laptop
(chipset, wifi, gfx) and wanted to give it a full test-drive of compiz
and other GL-intensive programs.
The laptop runs Xorg 7.1.1 and the i810 driver that comes with it
(stock rpm from FC6). I'm forced to start compiz 0.3.4 with these
options...
--use-cow
--strict-binding
--indirect-rendering

new cisco ip video phone?
Hi,
Just finished watching the season finale of '24' the TV series.
Throughout the series they have been showcasing Cisco hardware
especially Cisco IP phones (7970's).
On the last episode or two they showed what seemed to me a new cisco
IP video phone. It stands just as a 12" lcd screen with the cisco
branding/logo and letters just as the 79xx series.
I wonder if this is a

Showcase On Rails CMS v0.1
I built out a simple CMS for websites that rely heavily on portfolios.
This covers graphic and web designers in particular, but also other
people with stuff to show off. It''s really easy to customize
progressively, so that some people will only modify CSS, but others
will dig deeper into Javascript behaviors and the Rails view code.
Check it out at http://showcase.kylemaxwell.com/

Yes. However, I think it would also be extremely productive to have working
examples showcasing what LLVM does provide, e.g.
