[LLVMdev] llc generated assembly does not work with gcc 3.4.4
Well, can I enforce gcc compatible output somehow? I tried playing with the llc flags which didn't help. A possible subtarget for windows might be masm, the msvc compiler and the like. Trying to rename spatial pts data frame slot that isn't a slot()
Dear List, I am analyzing the home range area of fish and seem to have lost the individuals ID names during my manipulations, and can't find out how to rename them. I calculated the MCP of the fish using mcp() in Adehabitat. MCP's were converted to spatial points data frame and exported to qGIS for manipulations. At this point the ID names were lost. I brought the manipulated

SIAR problem with model running
Hi there, I am trying to run an MCMC on stable isotope data from certain organisms to determine their dietary habits in the package SIAR. I have prepared my data according to Inger, R., Jackson, A., Parnell, A., Bearhop, S. : SIAR V4 (Stable Isotope Analysis in R) an Ecologist's Guide (also better known as 'SIAR for dummies'), which is as follows: - consumer data table (columns

SIAR: problem> session aborted
I'm absolutely not brilliant with R yet and working with package SIAR. 1) SIAR reads the first column of a table.txt as "int" instead of "num". Who can help? 2) I therefore made tables with a data.frame() > that seems to work. But at the end of the loading proces of the SIARmodel, I get a warning screen with "Session Aborted". Everything crashes and I can start

Question - TukeyHSD
Hi, I've been performing some TukeyHSD tests in R and have come across papers that include all the necessary information (means, sample size and SE) for me to perform the piecewise comparison by hand. I can reach out to the authors to get the original dataset, but it raises the question, can I perform the Test with the information I have and save myself some time? Is there a way to somehow

BUILTIN\Administrators - failed to call wbcSidToUid: WBC_ERR_DOMAIN_NOT_FOUND
Hai, I leave the advice about the uid/gid numbering to Rowland, i can not give a good advice on that. The script was made in such a way that it should not matter what uid/gids are where used. The script looks them up for you, but it must be error free so we are sure what is set is correct. If you look in the script, you see the four SID. DC_SERVER_OPERATORS="S-1-5-32-549"
