I observe that dsync fills Maildir correctly incl. cur, if I delete Maildir just before dsync runs. Can the failed mbox to Maildir conversion be caused by dovecot creating Maildir automatically if a client connects to dovecot? Should dovecot be shutdown when running dsync?
