I also have a matrix (100x2) of two columns where column 1 has the gene names and column 2 has the cluster it belongs to (they are sorted and grouped based on the cluster no). Are there any better ways to do this within R? One possibility could be to set up the data as packages, but I would like to have a solution on a lower level, closer to data. I have made the daring (and possibly idiotic) decision to play BCR on my laptop instead of my desktop computer, as my desktop is single core and therefore runs the game rather sluggishly while my laptop is dual-core. The only problem with this is that my laptop runs Linux. Does anyone knwo what I might have to tweak in order to get it to run? Will I have to disable SecuROM?
