We want to be able to guarantee the location of the allocated buffer object if we're going to be able to reliably allocate the existing framebuffer at startup. Replace the call to drm_fb_helper_output_poll_changed() with a call to drm_client_dev_hotplug(). This at least works on my NVC4 machine, probably needs testing on a few other laptops with other nvidia GPUs.
